We do not want the extra-large profile image to display on the single page. No matter what shortcode setup I use I can’t get rid of just the large image. We wish to keep the thumbnail.

hi really liking the plugin. thanks for the great work.

I am however confused on how to set up the pages.

I put my shortcode in page called theteam (works perfectly)

when I click on image it takes me to team/member-name

if I then remove /member-name from url i get a view of the last member installed (archive)

how do I get the single member url to be mysite\theteam\member-name instead of mysite\team\member-name?

First off, thank you for making this plugin! It’s been so much better than anything else I have trialled ??

There are a fews things that I have been trying to do without much luck though:

1) Use WordPress search functionality to search of the details of a person, or even by name?
I’ve been able to use the Ultimate WP Query Search Filter plugin to search by name, but then when viewing the person I can’t see any information other than miscellaneous details.

2) Is there a way for the individual page of a contact to show off of their details, including groups that they belong to?
The closest I have come with this is to use a shortcode with their ID, but this doesn’t allow me to show the group affiliations.
Which when searching by name I am unable to see their main details and affiliated groups…

First off, great plugin!

The only thing I’m having issues with is the layout for the page for an individual person. The page does not fully display as a full page nor does it allow for a sidebar to be added to it. Is there any workarounds in place? Here is an example of the layout issue:

Hi there,

I am kind of a newb at WP, but I’ve been reading and reading and feel that I am doing everything right.

I generate the shortcode, and paste it under the ‘text’ tab of a page, but preview and published modes don’t show any of the team.

Any advice/help?

I have used the drag and drop to set the order I want. The order field is set properly, but the team is not ordered that way when I navigate away from the Team page.

When I create a short code, the preview on the shortcode generator page does not show the team in the order that I chose.

And then, when I drop the shortcode into a page, the “View Page” does not process the shortcode, I just see what I pasted.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hello and thank you very much for your helpful plugin.
I have an issue with the main image settings. Although I have selected “Crop > Yes”, the image is not cropped and, since I chose the circle layout, the result is an elliptical shape instead of a round circle, for those image that are originally rectangular and not square.
Do I have to manually crop all my main images into squares or is there a way to make the plugin crop them?

I have been using the MyTeam plugin to create a team page. When I preview my team page it looks great, but when I publish it an error message shows up that says “Error 404 – Page not found!”. Can you point me in the right direction?

Hi,
we are facing an issue with the plugin filter function.
The plugin it’s actually awesome and does everything that we need, but it seems we can’t get the filter to work.
Everything seems fine, but groups “buttons” to filter are not clickable.
Do you think it’s a problem with the theme maybe?

Very nice plugin. Just got a bug I think. The filter where we can show specific people by IDS not working? What will be shortcode for this. I attempted

[my-team orderby='title' IDs='372' layout='grid' style='img-square,img-white-border,text-left,img-left,2-columns' display='photo,position,social,email,name']
But this not working. I know I am missing something or this feature does not work at all. Can you please confirm this.
