Simply a great plugin. Constantly something is being improved and updated. Responsive technical support. More convenient than analogues. There is the possibility of customization through configuring. And most importantly, it is free.

Impossible to have home page in language version. Functional pages take the name in different language, then it gets erased snd page continues in language version but without the title. After 2 days of desperation, I purchased Polylang for Woocommerce. Maybe good for simple posts, but not functional when you want to do money from ecommerce.

Got really fast responses from the support team when I had a problem with the plugin, and was able to have my support request closed very quickly. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Plugin is a great tool, and very user friendly, with my limited experience with wordpress I was able to find everything easily. Thanks a lot for the great service!

Pour l’instant, pour moi, cela fonctionne. Merci de votre temps pour avoir créé ce plugin !

For 3 days I have been trying to remove this plugin, which only causes annoyance and has left me countless empty pages without titles, even with the help of the support team.
This is already damaging to my business as I can’t rollout according to the schedule, which means we have to bear daily costs and can’t generate any revenue.
For each day the purchase price of the module should be introduced as a penalty or simply banned from www.remarpro.com.

WordPress 6.3.1 with PHP 8.1 and 3 different languages. No Problems.

The plugin is not bad, perhaps the most convenient for self-translation of articles into different languages. But, I don’t understand how to remove this message that keeps popping up when editing an entry.
>>>The backup of this post in your browser is different from the version below. ?Restore the backup?
This will replace the current editor content with the last backup version. You can use undo and redo in the editor to get the old content back or to return to the restored version.<<<

I’m stuck with the plugin and can’t find another I can easily change to. I’ve been avoiding updating Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg (now Spectra) because the new versions don’t work with this plugin anymore. The 1st language is okay, but once you change to another the pages will loose all the CSS that’s added from that plugin! I can’t find a way to solve this. If anyone is able to help or refer me to another translation plugin that uses this same method please contact me!

How to add language switching to custom post types
]]>Rating: 5 stars
I have a page with cpt and cf and the customer decided to translate the page very lately. I tried polylang, wpml, and similir ones and most of them are – why? – very expensive to fit our needs or they are not able to just handle some cf. And then i saw WP Multilang – fuck, this is really exactly what i needed. it works with WP 5.8.3 – just tested it and it works like a charm.. everything is just as one would expect it to be. Thank you soooo much

I have use it on my website which runs Flatsome theme 3.13.3/WP 5.7.1/WC 5.2.2/PHP 7.4.18/MySQL 5.7.33.1/Apache2.
Objective was the manual translation of menus/categories/Attribute names/UX Block content from English (Default Lang.) to Greek. I haven’t publish the multilang website yet, but on several tests I did my self everything runs as it should.
Settings section of the plugin, have few options (positive for me) and very understandable.
For translations on ux-blocks I have used wp classic text editor to make the translation, which was the easiest and safe choice for me. Maybe if I was using flatsome ux-block visual editor I would have same result.
As I sell technology products I didn’t translate descriptions (basically on my case descr. is referring to technical specs) as in greek technology terms are not very understandable to consumers but on product pages which I have specification section I have translate attribute names ex. CPU /Memory… with out any problem.
I am not a professional developer, but I have some basic knowledge of coding which as I said previously I used only on ux-blocks which I did the translation using wp classic editor.
Bottom-end after trying many of the popular translate tools, my jobs was successfully done with Wp-Multilang.
I believe the developers deserve a boost so I will donate. ??

This plugin works great, I tested it on WordPress 5.5.3, with my custom developed theme and my custom Gutenberg blocks. It just does not give confidence, when you see when it was last updated. If it does not have major issues, you can just change plugin and readme file and declare it compatible with 5.5.3.

After I installed this plugin, the comment count was messed up.
Every comment posted will be counted multiply by 3, if there are 3 comments for one post, the total comment number will display 9.
Really hope this can be solved.

I spent so long trying to find a solution for translation. I had to make a list after several failed iterations because it was hard to keep track of what was tested. These is what I wrote:
translatepress
* Works well
* only two languages in free version, paid version is very expensive, plus paid periodically
wpml
* paid version with ok price does not support woocommerce
* paid version with woocommerce support too expensive
Making a multisite
* Works well, but you get two parallel woocommerce settings
* Woocommerce settings might get bugs on multisite (in my case it was unusable)
* you need to install plugins for
– shared woocommerce settings
– shared media
Polylang
* works ok, but woocommerce works badly
* paid version is expensive
Transposh
* works well like translatepress
* some links throws the user back to default language
* you have to translate span by span, which can get extremely tedious
Weglot
* free version limits amt of words and only one more language
wpglobus
* it either doesn’t work or it’s very badly designed
Multilanguage
* there is no way to add translation to posts
Translate by Supsystic
* seems ok but does not work with gutenberg, which would mean re-doing all the content
falang
* Works perfect; I did not like the translation interface.
Bogo
* works well
* a bit annoying that EVERY page needs to be translated or the ux breaks
sublanguage
* works well
* some woocommerce buttons take the user back to initial language
* Woocommerce products not supported?? it seems it was, but new version f*d up
wp multilang
* seems to work
* translates wp and does not break the “language link string”
* something weird happened with permalinks after install, it got solved after resetting that setting
* correctly activates native language support strings
* It can bug out if a page does not have a translation version; thankfully it is in my power to solve that.

After testing many the same functions plugins I gave this 5 stars. Simply the best. Not surprising that author is ukrainian!
I made some tricks with language selector and my multilingual site start working like a charm.
