I had a problem with the plugin and their support was great, they helped me fix it and now everything works correctly.
The map worked fine for a long time and I haven’t done anything with the website except update plug-ins, so I’m not sure what the problem could be.

The page in question seem to have the map working fine, but when you try to search for a particular post code, it shows the Google Maps error similar to if the API key is wrong.
However the rest of the map works, so I wonder if it’s something to do with a specific API in the Google Console that relates to Post Code search?
Can someone please confirm?

]]>I am trying to speed up my site, and I have realized that this entire package of scripts gets enqueued on EVERY page, even if I do not have a Store Locator on that page.
I have hand coded a simple if statement to solve my issue for now, but I think an elegant option would be to either “auto detect” the short_code and load the scripts, or even less fancy, just have a spot where you can “limit scripts to the following pages:” and let uses say what pages they need it on.
I have wrapped the __construct() add_actions in class-stores-frontend.php with the if stripos($_SERVER[‘REQUEST_URI’], “my-store-finder-permalink”

The map on the frontend of our website is not showing recently added stores. I have tried everything I could find but to no evail. We think this is happening since an update. But because our client doesn’t add many stores we don’t know since when. It would be nice if someone could help us with our issue.

I can’t see all of my 110 stores in the grid view. The map and all stores have the same categories, all radius-settings are set to maximum , no PHP-errors….it’s just like there’s a limit at 30-40 stores at the same time.

]]>Everything works fine except for the distance. My default location is NY and all stores across the country are showed from there. Now if I search by Zipcode – 94088 (San Jose,CA), the nearest stores in California are displayed at the top of the list correctly but the distance in the list still shows 1000 miles instead of 5-10 miles. The distance is getting displayed only from the default location. Do I have to enable any new Google API from the console or make any other changes?

Map search feature is not functional where you can type in the address and it auto-populates. It appears the latest version of your plugin is not compatible with WordPress 5.8. Let me know if you need access to our site to investigate.

You have so many options for customizing the look of the map, except, seemingly the simplest one, customizing the color of the headings. It is always red. Red unfortunately doesn’t go with my site. Can you enable this change of color? You even enable changing the color of the location radius, but not something simple like the heading of the whole map. Please allow this. Thank you!

This option doesn’t work. Whether checked or unchecked, the search is open when the map is loaded. When RTL is enabled, it does work.
Hello and I tried to upload 16000 stores with your plugin but they are not shown on the map, the map remains blank and does not show anything, I gave it to find a location and it gives me a dialog box with an error message, I tried again going up from 5000 to 5000 and the first 5000 stores were shown well on the map, but for the 10000 it gave the same error and did not show anything, how many stores can be raised as a maximum? And the most important thing is there is a solution, I use the pro version 4.2.1, I mention here my doubt because in the future maybe someone will run into the same error, maybe they can get me out of the doubt Where are the .csv files of the stores? I didn’t find anything in the database or in the program files.
