I getting data overload messages from my server and the culprit seems to be the Minify log file (minify.log). Can I safely delete this file periodically to manager server storage space?

Hi everyone. i enabled HTML minification in WP-minify plugin and all images on my blog seem to be compress thus loosing their quality.
I discovered all images where being prefixed by https://1.1.1.2/bmi/
For example here is anhttps://1.1.1.2/bmi/shareasale.com/image/728x9012.gif
How do i disable the image compression / minification?

]]>Hello.
Today I’ve installed WP Minify but my website now appears very uggly, no styles, different colors, no menus…
WHat is happening?
And what I have to do to recover my website??

Hi,
Everything worked fine until last week when suddenly my adminbar displayed as a list of links at the bottom of my blog. Moreover, the “pin it” hover button disappeared and my jetpack share buttons was also displayed as a list instead of inline-block display.
When I desativated the wp-minify plugin, everything worked fine. Anybody would have a solution to keep this plugin without having all these problems?
Thanks !

]]>Hi all,
I have javascript minification working fine. The minute I check the css box in chrome network inspector trying to load css files I get a 400 bad gateway error.
Using wordpress 3.8.1 and the latest version of WP Minify.
Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions
]]>Can these two work together?!
I installed W3 two days ago and it works great.
But I am still working on optimizing my website further more (until 95% on page speed/yslow) ??
I am having 89%/82% now…
I installed wp-minify and removed it through ftp after failing to deactivate. Now images lost their previous look -no border and shadow. could wp-minify left some things in my site which impact the look of the images?
Thanks
]]>I installed wp minify but then wanted to remove it since it caused many problems to my site. I had to remove it via FTP because it refused to deactivation. When checking the performance of my website on SiteBeam.net I get a note that there are missing files on my site and it suggests a technical problem. Missing files can slow down the site.
The questions is what should I do with these files and how?
Many thanks for your help:)

It doesn’t include the http: or https:, I guess this helps it to let the current URL decide? Can’t find an option to force it to be either, figured it should probably be remedied with WP minify anyways to avoid issues with other plugins doing this.
]]>Hello from Greece,
When I check JavaScript , CSS, HTML Minification my website goes down. I can’t see anything. By uncheck them everything seems to work just fine. What can I do?
Thanks for your time,

Ever since I enabled wp-minify I am getting “jQuery is not defined” and three plugins are not working (Weather Widget 3, Useful Banner Manager and Wp-Cycle) They were working before I activated wp-minify. I disabled it and then uninstalled the wp-minify but they are still not working. Could use some direction if possible.
Thank you.

]]>The option “cache expires after every x seconds” does not work, the value can not be changed. Looking at the source code, I noticed that a line break and spaces are in the name of the input field. If you remove this, everything works way it should.
]]>It’d be better if the cache directory were located in wp-content/cache/wp-minify. It has become more standard that cache information be stored here. If not there at least use something other than a hardcoded path to your current cache location. Like __DIR__ . '/cache/'
, a lot of people have their wp-content directory renamed, so your plugin really shouldn’t have it hardcoded.
If you were going to move it, I’d recommend something like WP_CONTENT_DIR . '/cache/wp-minify';
As of WooCommerce 2.1.x WP Minify generates HTTP 400 Bad Request GET errors in Chrome Inspector.

]]>JavaScript files on archive pages (including the home page) are not fully minified. On pages or posts, however, everything works fine.
After some testing I found that if I place the script files via the wp_enqueue_script not in the footer but in the header, it also works on archives.
This problem I could find with all my WordPress installations, so I suspect that this is a bug in WP-Minify. Also, JavaScript files from plugins are affected.
I hope I could explain the problem to understand. My Website: https://nodecode.de

thank you for the plugin!
i noticed that on of my styles is not working correctly, after investigating i decided to desactivate wp-minify to analyse furter.
when i desactivated i still was seeing the minified.css file (cache was clean). Strange.
1) Shall minified style dissepear on desactivation of plugin?

then i decided to de-install wp-minify and do my test, but when i un-install i had no more CSS available, so my site was with no css.
to fix it i installed back wp-minify.
what i did wrong and what is the correct way to delete wp-minify.
As you can imagine, i am a bit worried. please answer on my two issues 1) and 2)
Thank you!
