I have this option enabled in my php.ini file and it’s also showing as on in my phpinfo().

Can you advise further please?

I have updated php.ini for fopen to be enabled, tried everything I can imagine, updated php to 7.2, rebuilt .htaccess, cannot get this plugin to work.

Prepare File System Freeze

Steps 1 and 2 went smoothly. Step 3 Prepare File System has been stuck at 5% for hours. This is my second time attempting the clone of this subdomain to AWS. Both times stuck at 5% on Step 3. What might be causing this?
