Hi, what version of PHP is the WP Meta and Date remover version 2.3.2 compatible with? Thanks

Hi Prasad, I love your plugin! It used to work perfectly for me. Around 8 months ago it suddenly stopped working. I’ve downloaded plugin updates since then but it still hasn’t fixed the issue. I’ve linked one of the posts. Could you please help me when you get a chance? Thank you so much!

]]>Hi,
After installing this plugin, it has successfully removed the date from the search results. But, since I have installed it, the search bar and navigation has become unresponsive in mobile, working fine in desktop, though. Also, I contacted my theme developer for the same, but they said it has nothing to do with their theme.
Even when I disabled this plugin, those options are working fine. So, only this plugin is causing the issue. Help me, please.

]]>Following the most recent update to version 2.0.5, WordFence suggests that the normal distribution of “wp-meta-and-date-remover” has the following entry in WPDateRemover.php:
[line]150? ? ? ? ?
$targetedPostCount += wp_count_posts( $type ) ->publish;
However, the version (updated to 2.0.5, too) on my system has the following:
[line] 150
$targetedPostCount += wp_count_posts( $type );
Obviously, “publish” is absent in my version. Is this something that I should be concerned about?

Kindly watch and see the problem after the updates

]]>hello,
I just started using the plugin for the first time.
After activating it, I continue to use it with default settings.
I did not make any changes in the plugin setting page.

Do I need to do anything different?
]]>This plugin seems to work, but there is one hugely annoying problem:
Going into ‘Settings’ on the back-end, there are three extra items, swallowing up the real-estate, vis-a-vis ‘affiliation’, ‘contact’, and ‘upgrade’, meaning that I have to shrink my screen to get to the plugins at the bottom.
Can these three extra items be kicked out, please?
]]>In a desktop browser, the meta data for this site is no longer visible. But in mobile browsers, the client (& I) sees: BY | | GENERAL
I know how to use CSS to get it to not show, but wanted to make sure I wasn’t overlooking a Setting or something within the Plugin before resorting to CSS “on top of” using the Plugin — might as well not even use the Plugin at all at that point?
Please advise. Thanks!
]]>I just realised that one of my articles (the one with most comments) wasn’t showing the post comment box. I checked and the “allow comments” option was disabled. When I activated it again, WP Meta and Date Remover was automatically deactivated. If I activate the plugin option again, then the post comment box dissapears and the option “allow comments” is disabled again.
This only happens with this article, which is the one with the bigger number of comments of my blog. So I guess there is some kind of incompatibility between post comment box and this plugin when the number of comments is high enough.
Could someone help me to fix this or could the creators of the plugin fix the error?
Thank you.
Hi, this worked great! One thing though it leaves little clock icons after the posts on the home page. Can this be removed? Please help! Thank you !

I’ve had to come back to this plugin, as for some reason the date meta had disappeared, but now it’s right back.
The problem I’m having though is that the checkable option to ‘hide meta’ is not visible now, and there are dates showing in the Yoast snippets of pages, posts, and custom post types.
For info purposes, I’m using the Classic Editor.

Hello.
the plugin is working perfectly and hiding all the data but it is also hiding the tags at the end of post, and I don’t want it to. Is there any way to display the tags only, css or so ?
Thank you in advance.
