This is a feature request: the plugin lets me create restricted posts and I have many. Recently, I developed a simple plugin that sends the title of the post and of course its link to a Telegram private channel. Anything works fine but users (users of the website too) need to be logged in to see the restricted content. Problem is registered users of the website are the real target of the protected content, while casual visitors, crawlers, etc. are not. There’s a plugin that lets you generate a shareable link that bypasses the restricted content. My feature request: in WPM create restricted posts that can be red by people having the link. Adding time too could be useful (eg the link is valid until a certain date). Adding the ability to get the shareable link of a post from another plugin code would be fantastic. ??

In the next updates, the error fix has not been included in the Plugin, I have to do it manually according to the instructions and everything works fine.
However, about 1 month ago, after updating the Plugin, I followed the instructions but many members responded about the error when logging in: They said they were logging in normally, then did not log out but stopped using it, after a while they logged in and reported that the account was logged out, but when logging in again, the system reported that they were logged in at 2 locations.
Hello everyone!
I would like to format the message output when you open a restricted page without logging in.
Everything I have found so far doesn’t work. It has no effect.
Password for the page is “eggstedt”.
It could be the Elementor issue? Or the theme page “hello elementor” as a child.
Maybe someone has an idea.

There is a space on the right side, can this be resolved?
Hello, I have been using this plugin for years. In the registration screen I only have first name, last name and password. I noticed that it is possible to add another field, e.g. ‘biographical info’ and I can also change the name of the field. I would just like to ask one thing, or rather two things: to add a field in this way, do I have to uninstall and then reinstall the plugin? Another question: where is the value of this field stored in the database (and what name does it have)? I should be able to retrieve it from a custom plugin code. Thanks
When I click on the reset link, go to the reset screen, enter a new password and reset, a login screen appears below the password success message, and on that login screen I get an email address (the same phenomenon occurs with user names)
and then enter a new password and press submit, I go to the password reset screen again, where I again enter a new password and press the update password button, this time I get a password update success message and the login screen does not appear. If I enter the new password on another password restriction page, this time I can enter the restriction page without any problems.
I have also tried the password reset fixed page with and without restrictions and the same situation occurs.(This is also happening in version 3.4.9.7)
I have updated to version 3.4.9.7, now when you are logged in your status now shows as:

You are logged in as *name*

How do I change it back to: Click here to log out. Thanks
In version 3.4.9.5 of WP-Members, the password reset screen appeared with a link sent by [reset_link] in the password reset email, but in version 3.4.9.6, the user reset screen appears when clicking the link sent by email The screen is the same as the screen requesting an email for password reset, and the password cannot be reset.
I have tested in the same environment, Ver 3.4.9.5 and 3.4.9.6 sites.
WP ver. 6.62-Ja, Japanese Cocoon theme is used.
Has anyone else had the same problem with the password reset link function not working properly with ver 3.4.9.6?
With PHP 8.3 I get the following message from WP-Members v3.4.9.5
Deprecated: Creation of dynamic property WP_Members::$style is deprecated in
C:\apache\htdocs\officialcaravan\wp-content\plugins\wp-members\includes\class-wp-members.php on line 559
The simplest solution is to add

before class WP_Members

Hello,
I am using the WP Members Plugin for an Intranet site. Normally the members did not have to get approved. Today I had to set the tick to “must be approved by admin”. I had to approve all the members again, which I did. Unfortunately now everyone who wants to login got the message: “account has not been verified”. And I have no idea where to verify the members. Am I missing some point?
Thank you for your support and best regards,

Most of the functions in work good in WP Members, except for one. The edit profile and reset password don′t work at all. If I click them nothing happens, except that the url changes.

Is it possible to toggle the display of fields based on specific values during user registration or when changing information? Specifically, I would like to display a text-type field with the meta key “state” when “US” is selected in a select-type field with the meta key “select_area.”
I believe I need to add something to the function.php file, but I haven’t been able to get it to work correctly. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with the method.

Is there anyway to provide partial page protection?
For instance, I want the reader to be able to view the top part of the page. But to read more, they must register or become a member.

Now when I change it in wp-members it changes to Subscriber in WP and the user can’t see the protected pages. If I then update the role in WP to be the same as wp-members it works.
I don’t want to have to change it in both places.
Any ideas?
Some of our blog posts are restricted and some are not. Is it possible to use WP_Query to query only restricted posts?
For example, is there a meta key/value that corresponds to restricted or unrestricted?
I simply want to list all posts that have the “restricted” option selected. (And vice versa — list all posts that do NOT have the “restricted” option selected.)
Thanks!
