Not sure if there been an update but the chat box no longer shows the chosen colours, asking for no details for name or email and pops up when it should be close, just the icon?
Looked at setting again and whilst they are set for colours, closed chat box and askign for name and email, nothing is applied?
Any ideas please?

]]>There was a topic regarding the chat icon being greyed out on the front end that was deleted that I had commented on. It got a response by another user on here which was very condescending. I called out the condescension and the entire topic was deleted. If anyone else has a suggestion about what the problem is when the chat icon appears on the front end, but is greyed out and you can’t click on it, that would be great. The credentials and plugin settings were all correct (triple checked). I have changed plugins, but I was not the only person who was having this issue. Thank you in advance.

I would like to change the color of the call button however I cannot find where to change it in 3CX WebClient => Admin => Voice & Chat => Styling. I can see custom styling however there is no option to change the color of the call button (default is green) that appears on the user side once they have initiated a chat and ‘phone and chat” has been enabled.

Hello, I had to perform a downgrade from V10.0.10 to V10.0.9 for the plugin to restore the functionality of LiveChat on my website.
In the 3CX dashboard, I am currently running the known version from December 2023, namely Version 18.0 Update 9 (Build 20).
Does the plugin V10.0.10 require an update? Do you perhaps need to release an update to V10.0.11?
Alternatively, have there been similar cases where users have already found different solutions to this issue?

If our JS code is altered improperly, the Live Chat icon will not be displayed on your website pages.

Under settings, you can choose specific pages to include chat box. Product pages and category pages are not visible under settings. So this puglin cannot allow only chat box to appear in shop/product/category pages?
Also the chat box only appears when I am logged in as admin. When I log out or visit my site via incognito, the chat box icon which is usually located on the bottom right of page, does not appear.
Is this a private support? I do not wish to reveal login details and page url of my shop.
