When trying to do conditional forms, the WP Leads plugin somehow stops the fields from showing/hiding and totals from being calculated.

Must be a jQuery/JS issue somewhere.

Hi all,

I just installed WP-leads, set-up integration with a MailChimp list and configured the plugin to show the option on comments only – yet it is not displaying on any of my blog content as you can see here:

Blend Marketing Blog

Any comments/suggestions as to how to fix appreciated. Or recommendations of an alternative method.

The plugin seems to work and is activated for creating and capturing new users as they comment. But it does not seem to be activated for the Register page.

Does any one have any ideas why?

Recently JetPack updated to allow people to post with their Twitter/Facebook accounts and the wp-leads checkbox disappeared. Is there an easy solution to this?
