I asked this company to not renew my service a week before they did. Since then, I haven’t got a refund. I don’t use the plugin anymore for a few different reasons, and they didn’t make it easy to cancel. They refuse to provide a refund too. Use a different plugin. I quit using the pluging due to conflicts with other plugins, which had an impact on site speed.

The free version of the plugin is still available, but there is absolutely no support via the support forum. It seems like the support forum is abandoned completely. Don’t know if they answer any support tickets as I haven’t purchased any of the premium plugins. But beware….if you have an issue, looks like you are on your own.

The developer of this job board plugin was unable to make it work with both PayPal and Stripe. Additionally, he failed to close numerous support tickets I submitted. As a result, Stripe deactivated my webhook due to poorly written code, causing further payment processing issues.
Given these significant problems, I cannot recommend this plugin as an all-in-one solution for payment processing. It is crucial for a job board plugin to be reliable in this aspect, and this plugin falls short. I strongly suggest avoiding this plugin at all costs.
I wasted several months waiting for their reply and resolution, also not confortable in sending server credentials and admin credentials to this developer.

Great plugin and good features but regretfully this is the worst plugin I have ever seen for SEO. Keep searching if you want organic traffic. Do not make the mistake I did of setting everything up to find out the troubles this will cause.

I’m also having issue while creating job fields there is no field type for images or any other like dropdown, multiselect, check boxes
only text field & e-mail are available.
Also there is no proper option to drag a field from one page to any other page.

Hi, this is a great plugin I would say that I have been looking for a long time. Does everything a job portal would do, I love it but there is only one issue I am facing. When I want to add a custom field and click the save user field button, it goes to a blank screen and nothing happens. I would love assistance with this issue otherwise a great plugin overall.
