After taking update to the latest Ninja Forms Plugin version 3.6.32, can no longer contact the Ninja Forms application from within the Job Manager Job Listing settings and Ninja form does not display on the front end.
]]>Hi team,
Fluent Forms is very popular and very well updated even in the free version. Could you add Fluent Forms support as an option?
]]>Just wondering if you are planning Elementor Forms support for this plugin? Thanks in advance.
]]>I’m seeing the Gravity Forms signature field not working with this plugin and many js errors in the Inspector. The signature field works fine when the form is embedded on a page without Contact Listing for WP Job Manager. When the form is displayed using the plugin only the title and description of the field appear but not the signature area. Have you seen this/what can I do to resolve?
Thanks.

]]>Hello, at the moment I use contact form 7 to send the email but I don’t understand how to configure the plugin to make sure that the email is sent to the email of the company that published the job offer. In the description of the plugin in the FAQ you write that for contact form 7 there are no particular changes to be made but the email is always (and only) sent to a single address.
I hope you can support me to figure it out.
Thank you very much for the attention
Ale
Hello,
I have a problem with calling the contact form on the website. It is only about the site with job offers so I think the issue is on this plugin.
After calling up the contact form, there is just a message “[contact-form-7 404 “Not found”]”. I’m afraid that the plugin Contact Listing for WP Job Manager is no longer supported by the new WordPress version, is it possible? Has anyone already had this kind of issue? Is it possible to replace the plugin with another one that works with WP Job Manager and Contact Form 7?
]]>Hi, I have no submission confirmation when applying for a job. The form submits ok through Gravity Forms, but there is no on screen confirmation to the user to say if it has submitted or not?
Help?!
]]>I already used the 2 settings that have:
Listing ID
{entry_id}
Listing ID
{embed_post:ID}
I receive a copy of the email, but the job owner does not receive. The hidden field must not be sending the email.
Where can I go wrong?
]]>hello dear developers.

]]>hey,
I’m working on a Job update website that hosted on WordPress. I want to extract the jobs from another website to my website with automation feature. Is this plugin helpful to extract the job details?
Any chance of giving this the once over to ensure it works with the most recent WordPress release as well as the most recent Gravity Forms plugin release? It continues to work for us, but I’m slightly fearful of running plugins last updated on 2017-05-09.
]]>Hello @astoundify
This plugin is quite old by any standards and I wonder if you guys have plans for keeping this up-to-date for security and stability reasons —OR— if you guys will leave it to rot in the plugin graveyard.
I’m also a customers of yours so I have a keen interest in knowing this.
Thank you in advance for your answer.
]]>Hi,
I have downloaded this plugin and made a form on contact form 7. No emails are coming through. Any ideas? Is it as it has been abandoned and is now outdated or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks,
Adam
]]>Hi,
can you please respond about this plugin not being updated for 2 years now?
thanks
Hi, I followed your Vimeo tutorial, great job! (https://vimeo.com/85469722)
The data entered in the form is saved to my email, but NOT SAVED in the WP Database (in my case Job Applications CPT). There is no new post created. How can i get this to work?
btw I added 2 Custom fields on this PT.
Hello @astoundify
I just wonder if this plugin is still supported or is it stone dead and left to rot in the graveyard for abandoned plugins?
I think it is fair question to ask. If you still support it then it would be very much appreciated if you could you please update it to make sure that it is still compliant with latest version of WordPress?
One side: Many people will not by the way install a plugin that has not been updated in such long time too..So you will loose subscriptions on it.
Thank you in advance for your answer. ??
Kind regards

Main site is https://unretired.co.uk
See for instance the listing https://unretired.co.uk/listings/prof-clive-bowman-senior-health-care/
I am using Listable theme, WP Job Manager , Ninja Forms
Setup so that each listing includes a “Direct Message the Listing Owner” form.
But for some listings the owner doesn’t want a contact form (they just want the Twitter / website / phone no). Is there some way on a “per listing” basis that I as admin can turn OFF/ON the contact form?
Thanks,
Tim
]]>Is there a way I can use Caldera Forms with this plugin?
]]>Hi, I found a solution for resolve the problem that Ninja Form not send emails notifications.
In Email Notifications, click on Advance settings at the bottom and put on sender name the value of {field:name_12312312}, then in email sender put the value {field:email}
I have set the rest of the configuration as explained in the tutorials
And that’s it, it worked for me.
Regards
]]>Is there a way to use this plug-in with Gravity Forms so a multi-page form is possible? I believe AJAX would need to be enabled. Right now, if the form has more than one page, it reloads the job listing page.
]]>I have a job portal and incorporated ‘Contact Form 7’ to apply for the job. On the “To” field, I have employer email address “employer@gmail/yahoo/whatever.com” and “From” field “[your-name] <[email protected]>”. When an employer receives the email from the candidate and responds to it by reply, it sends an email directly to candidate’s inbox (which is working absolutely fine). But the problem is when the employer has set up an automated-reply email, it sends to my email address “[email protected]” and candidate doesn’t receive anything from the employer. Not sure, why automated-reply ignore the candidate email. Please click here for further clarification:
]]>Hi,
It’s impossible to submit the Gravity form attached to a job.
Here is the part of the script, buggy :
var is_redirect = contents.indexOf('gformRedirect(){') >= 0;var is_form = form_content.length > 0 && ! is_redirect && ! is_confirmation;if(is_form){jQuery('#gform_wrapper_3').html(form_content.html());if(form_content.hasClass('gform_validation_error')){jQuery('#gform_wrapper_3').addClass('gform_validation_error');} else {jQuery('#gform_wrapper_3').removeClass('gform_validation_error');}
you can notice the && !
added by, maybe, Contact Listing for WP Job Manager.
Here is the original script:
https://github.com/wp-premium/gravityforms/blob/master/form_display.php#L1052
Why the plugin interpret this source code?
Any idea? Thank you for your help.
WP 4.9.5
Gravity Forms 2.2.5
Contact Listing for WP Job Manager 1.4.0
WP Job Manager 1.30.2
Hi
I am trying to install a contact form on each listing’s page and I have it all working fine by following these instructions: https://pixelgrade.com/docs/listable/faq/add-contact-form-connect-visitors-listing-owner/
However, the message from the form goes to the user that created that listing. In our case, we have one admin user who adds all listings, manually. So… all emails from all listings are going to a single user right now.
I see there is a custom field “email” under each listing: https://dns.d.pr/T8qiYL and this would be perfect for the admin to type the email manually so that specific user gets the email message.
Is this possible?
Thank you
]]>Hi,
I know it’s weird but a client needs Ninja Forms and Contact Form 7 on his site. He would like to add a CF7 form to apply for a job but when you have NF and CF7, the form select dropdown only lists NF. If I deactivate NF, I can see my CF7 forms.
Is it possible to list all of the forms?
]]>I’ve got a (very long) custom application form I use on every Job listed and using this Contact Listing addon for WP Job Manager to connect my GF Application form to each job listing. This works OK and the application form is displayed under the Job description when you hit the ‘Apply Now’ Button.
However, when you complete the form and submit, any GF on-page feedback, such as errors, on-page confirmation or the saved form link if you use ‘save and continue’ feature are hidden from view. This is because the <div class=”application_details”> has an inline style (display: none;) applied which is hiding all the feedback. This is terrible for usability and leaves the user wondering if the form was submitted or not.
It’s only by hitting the ‘Apply Now’ button again that you see the feedback – if there is any. Is this a known bug and how might we fix this?
Wouldn’t it be simpler to simply embed php script for the form in the child theme job listing template itself, rather than use this plugin? No offence intended….
]]>Hi,
Resume Manager + WP Job Manager + Gravity Forms + Jobify.
Created and selected 2 different forms in both Resume and Job plugins settings.
– The contact form for Resume Manager shows up and works
– The contact form for Job Manager does not show up. It still shows the contact email when you click the Apply For Job button.
Disabling Resume Manager did not change anything. Any suggestions?
Thank you
]]>The plugin works great, but how do I pass along which job position is being applied for? When there are 10 listings going to the same person, they need to know which job each applicant is applying for. I don’t see that info being passed anywhere…
]]>Hello, the email is not sending to the listing owner when using Contact Form 7, but to the email address set in the Contact Form 7 form.
Could you please look at this? The plugin is useless this way unfortunately.
Thank you in advance!
]]>Hi, despite carefully following the steps https://wpjobmanager.com/document/customising-job-application-process/ and having no success trying to get WP job manager together with contact listing for WP job manager to send an email to the posting owner using ninja forms.
Could it be that this plug-in is no longer compatible with Ninja forms 3.
I’ve had a support email back from ninja forms saying that “{contact-email} isn’t something that their Merge Tag system understands. It’s an outdated reference”
Any help would be much appreciated – thanks
