This is a very straightforward plugin. Unfortunately, the author decides to left-justify the text instead of centering it so customization will require a bit of knowledge of CSS & HTML via WordPress’ dashboard: Plugins>Editor>WP Javascript Detect.

FWIW, Bluehost has now installed some server thinggy called “ModSecurity” and that seems to conflict with this plugin. Nothing fatal so far, but really weird stuff, odd behavior kinda stuff.

I’d recommended Tips & Tricks HQ’s “WP No JavaScript or Cookie Checker” plugin as a substitute, though there’s no “front-end” control panel, either; still need to go into the PHP file to customize anything.
