I have recently upgraded my PHP version from 7.4 to 8 and WP-invoice stopped working, the webpage crashed, and I could only open the back end in ‘Recovery Mode’ There was an error on the plugin, asking me to resume the upgrade but as soon as I exit the ‘Recovery Mode’ the page crashed again.

Downgrading back to 7.4 fixed the issue. Have you guys tested the plugin with php8? Have you had issues and if so will you be fixing this to be compatible with PHP8?

I have created an elementor single product in the theme builder, my problem is that the content in the accordion (Accessories, Documentation and Product Ratings) and the block called “In The Series” needs to change for each product in woocommerce.

I just cannot find a solution to be able to do this.

Any ideas out there?

First, I totally appreciate your plugin! Thank you!

Next. Above, you can see the decline… and it simply the issue, from what I see, is a decimal in the amount paid. The settings do not allow the client to change the amount, so thinking it’s on our side.

From 165.00 to 16500. I saw this on the processor decline side.

It might happen again, as I just sent out invoices today, yet this is the only client who has had the issue yet.

Again, given the client cannot change the amount, I think it might be on our side vs. the card side.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

Please let me know if I can assist in any other way. It’s a small invoice, but wondering about others going forward, with which I imagine you can empathize w/ the concern. ??

I’ve tested this out a few times and it’s DEFINITELY the WP-Invoice plugin that’s at fault…

If I try to upload a larger image (say, more than 2.5 meg) I get an error:

“Post-processing of the image failed likely because the server is busy or does not have enough resources. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2500 pixels.”

None of my other plugins affects this.
Changing the PHP version doesn’t affect this.

After installation, I started filling the settings and saved before finishing.

I need to delete an update into the invoice history, but directly from the plugin seems not possible.

I tried looking for the db at myphpadmin and I couldn’t find any table related to WP-Invoice. So I am wondering where is all these data going…

Any ideas how can I edit/delete an entry in an invoice history.
Particularly, the case is there is a double payment input, so I need to delete one.

I have been having some issues where, the first time that I use shortcode, it works and then?it?never?does. I installed it in the normal way and I saw the warning I show at the bottom?regarding?version 4.3.0? not having been tested with the my version of WordPress, which is?the latest, version: 5.7

When it ‘fails’, the?shortcode?is essentially shown as text in the webpage.??
When I use the [wp-invoice] shortcode, I can see that no matter?what the options?are, a whole page is taken up??

Do you have an alternative plugin I can test or plans to test with WP 5.7??

After using the plugin for 6 years I have tried to change the review to five stars with an explanation of why. however it has submitted the changes.

Current Issue

When I make any global changes in the back end of wp-invoice it does not allow them to be saved. I use both wp-invoice and wp-quotes. This has happened after admittedly updating a lot of plugins/WordPress and doing some SEO on the site. I have tried disabling some plugins to see if it reverts but that has not worked yet.

my website is in the link above and obviously only accessible when logged in. However, there might be a larger issue/update that could resolve this issue.

When you create a user, and then an invoice, the phone number field (in the user) automatically regexes to XXX-XXX-XXX instead of XXXXXXXXXX, and I cannot see any way to change the “locale” in a way that affects this. Is it possible?

I can’t be certain when I noticed this and it might be an update issue or the fact that I’ve been trying to improve site speed etc. I’m going through the process of disabling plugins now. However, I raise the issue as sometimes it prompts others to chirp in. My quote no longer and transforms into an invoice. It states “something went wrong”. To add to my confusion it now processes the quote on the unified template, rather than the page I told it to process. The same page it has been using for years.

Partial payment is not working. When my clients get the invoice they are only allowed to make the full payment, even though the partial payment option is there.

There was a post stating to add closing bracket to a line of code, but when I attempted to modify the code, it did not work.

For some reason the Electronic Signatures that my clients have signed are not showing anymore. What’s weird is that the were and now it’s giving me the following message: Signature will be displayed here once invoice is paid.

All of a sudden my new invoices are saying the following, without showing the form: “Contact site Administrator for payment information please.”

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hey, installed this but invoice is not showing up. Just generates to home page. I created a blank page for the invoice and included the shortcode but its still not showing up. Was there something done wrong?

I’ve been trying to setup the paypal payment gateway through WP-Invoice. I’ve tried my API Keys through paypal, I’ve tried the “allow unencrypted” payments. Nothing works so far.

I currently have Paypal and Paypal Plus setup using WP-Invoice.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it possible to send an invoice to multiple users at the same time?

On some of my items, GST, PST and PCT which are all separate tax profiles. Is there any way that wp-invoice can handle multiple taxes?

The generated invoices have random number unless I specify the manually.

That is a big NO-GO for accouting, where the incremental sequence of invoices is required for tracability reasons.

How do I get incremental invoices numbers?

Aside from the available gateways (great choices, thanks), how can I “simply” provide the client with instructions to pay via a manual bank transfer… and save the invoice with a “pending payment” status.
