The Snap view is great and just what I need. But there is no call to action to zoom in or out my mouse click. This is essential for older minded users on the site I am working on.
I have tried to hack jQuery in but I have given up ??
]]>I’m using the plugin File Manager Advanced to display directories of images (JPG) to the front-end users. When they open an image in a directory, they can view the image. The default image viewer doesn’t allow easy zooming and doesn’t have move forward/backward to other images in the directory. I think WP ImageViewer would be better. I have installed and activated the WP ImageViewer plugin for my site. But I don’t know how to “turn it on” and make it work as the viewer for my images. I’m a novice at this, any help or suggestions are appreciated. The link I included shows a File Manager Advanced page with images that I want to use WP ImageViewer to open and view.
]]>Hello,
I’ve just found out this plugin and it does exactly what I need ??
There is just two issues I can’t figure out, is it possible to hide the header of my page (because it’s in front of the picture) and is it possible to limit the zoom value to 100% of the original image ?
Thank you for your help.
Alexandre
]]>Dear all,
I am sorry to ask a such basic question but my webmaster add the pluggin WP image viewer but I do not understand how to use it on page. Namely, I should select which menu to add. If I choose “gallery” it does not work, or image. I do not a menu “image viewer”.
What I want is to have small pics and when one click on them, the image become full size.
best regards,
Etienne

]]>How can prevent the image to override the description?
My vertical image takes entire 100vh of the screen and the last 32px is rendered under the description, how to set a max-height of the image in order to not overflow the description?
thank you
]]>Great plugin, thanks! It’s just worked. ??
One single question. Is it possible, if the image is smaller, not to be stretched automatically to the width of the screen when loading it, but to be visualized with its original size during the initialization?
Best,
Bobby
Hello,
Just installed the extension, works flawlessly, so thank you.
Though, upon testing the website with GTMetrix, I noticed two warnings:
Consider marking your touch and wheel event listeners as passive

Would be awesome to correct the JS to fit the recommendation.

]]>Hello again.
I’m maybe pushing here some options that are not intended for this kind of plugin, but I love this plugin so much that I just want to tweak some things a little bit more, otherwise it is so simple and perfect that I don’t wont to use any other more complicated plugin.
So here is my question – is there any way to limit the scale of magnification in this plugin?
thanx again!

thank you.

]]>Hi, I love your plugin! I’ve noticed that when I use Jetpack’s image CDN, the lightbox doesn’t work. I wonder if it’s because it adds an ?ssl=1 to the end of the link. The plugin does still work on galleries, but those links do not have a get parameter tagged on (on my specific install anyway). Is this something that will be supported in the future?
Thank you!
Hi
I am having a problem with the ability to change the picture by swiping while zooming on mobile devices. How can I disable the Swipe Image changing feature on mobile devices?
Hi,
first of all THANK YOU for creating this plugin, so many image viewers/galleries have way too many functions, and i just wanted a simple large image gallery with arrows. This is great!
I’m just having a small issue with an apparent loss of resolution to the images when zooming in. They appear to be of a worser quality when i compare one to the same image when viewed in isolation from my wordpress media library. Do you know if this can be fixed?
Sorry in advance, i’m not all that great with coding language!
Otherwise, Thanks, i was looking for something like this for so long!

]]>Hi Marcel,
This is a detail but I like to navigate with keyboard
It’s not possible yet to use arrows to see next/prev images.
Do you plan to integrate this in nexts updates?
Stay awesome,
Florian
Hi Marcel,
Thank you for this great extension.
I would enjoy discover an option to display caption or title in the next updates.
Do you plan this?
Best regards,
Florian
I see your examples for general HTML use. Could you show an example for WordPress? The readme and other places I look says it just works with standard images and galleries but after I installed the WP Plugin, it does not work. Assume I am missing some step. Relatively new to WP and have only done simple HTML.

After zooming, dragging and panning will reset the zoom and position.
No problem with PC.
