Happy to found this plug-in. It’s really easy to us.

Puts border on either ALL images or NONE but there is it seems no way to target just individual images, at least I can’t find any way to make that work.

finally a plugin that needs no work
]]>Rating: 2 stars
First of all, “Add borders to all images in blog posts” do not work so I am forced to use CSS classes manually for each image.
Secondly, the CSS class syntax is also inconsistent with the Image CSS class in Image Details (Advanced Options). While the plugin setting takes classes with a “.” in front, the image settings take classes without “.”.
These two issues forced me to spend a good amount of time debugging.
Lastly, the borders do not fit correctly in neither tablet and mobile modes. The right sides are cut off screen, including parts of the image. Other plugins such as the Slider WD has the borders and images fitting correctly.

Not working for me!

This plugin works fine but of course the problem is that you have no instruction AT ALL.
This is very worying.
I spent quite some time to understand the way it works.
Well finally I found this page, just it and you will make it work properly :

I did find out how to make the shadows more transparent, I was writing the css incorrectly:
I just put this in the “shadow color” field: rgba(28, 14,41, 0.4)

A very Fast and effective plugin that does exactly what it states !

Works without problems and makes it easy to add shadows. A nice feature would be to be able to have different settings for each CSS class.

I have trouble with having right shadows on right aligned images. The image shadow is cut off. I may be doing something wrong…

I don’t want all images to have shadow or boxes. so that option is out. and adding a custom css class just did not work. I’m patient, but not that patient. great idea, but needs better directions.

just installed this plugin would help if there were instructions theres not icon in the wp editors so i guess you don’t use it that way
I’ve ben into settings changes some of the styling option but i want it to apply to certain images so how the #$%^ do you do that

thanks in advance!

I needed a quick fix for a client website and this plugin took care of it so I didn’t have to change the CSS of the website. Thanks for a great plugin.

Thank you for coming to my rescue with this simple but great plugin. I just needed borders on one page only that has several images on it and found this easy to achieve.

good plugin thank you

I need to deactivate it since I do not want the same style to ALL my images. I do not know (like many others) how to deactivate this plugin on a particular image, or I cannot apply the borders in only two or three of the main ones. Even if I like how it works I cannot use and enjoy it since it is ONCE FOR ALL IN THE SAME WAY OR NOTHING styling. It will be great if you implement some flexibility in your next upgrade. I’ll keep it in my inactive list. Also, perhaps it is to much asking, it will be great to see a “preview” next to the options. I’ll be willing to pay for a more flexible, user-friendly pro-version with these options.

Hope you can help and I’ll be more than happy to improve my rating on problem solved.
So I am using Koi theme on veravenus.com . I hoped this plugin would help me take the all white borders away but they remain. I can add and take away other borders on top of the white ones with the plugin … but no matter what the white ones stay. Any ideas on how I can resolve this? Thanks.

The new version of wordpress took away the option of removing borders- I used to have to go into each image- select advance image setting and change border value to O- this plugin saved me unless amounts of time- no borders on my site now thanks to this- works perfectly!

just installed it with great hopes to improve the visual aspect of my site but it doesn’t work. Now I’m still stuck with borderless, shadowless images and I ain’t likin’ it.
Sure wish WP themes had the option of borders and padding, shadows etc.
If you know a good plugin for this …..
