]]>Following your own support guides, the Support Tickets page shows an unparsed shortcode ([ticket-submit]) with no way to actually submit a ticket.
A link on the Support Tickets page mentions the Support Forum on WordPress; the link is wrong and leads to the support forum for BookPress.
On the Contact page, you have a link to Contact Accounts, and that leads to a 404 (https://wphrmanager.com/contact-accouts/).
I have submitted a ticket through Freemius but I’m not sure you all read those or not.
It also appears that you haven’t answered any support tickets here for several months.
Could you please correct/elaborate on how to actually get in touch?
]]>I have followed the instruction setup the location of the company, number of working hours per day. For the leave policy, I have checked it is for the correct location, when an employee requested leaves for hours only, it works but the employee applied only hours leaves in a another date, it does not work, it became a full day. I really like this tools except this, is there a way you can help to solve this? Thanks
]]>Hi,
I’d like to be able to show a calendar of which employees (departmental or overall) are on holiday, and when, to allow company-wide decisions on events and meetings being booked.
I could swear I saw this feature was available, but can’t seem to find how to do it.
Is this a) possible and b) how is this achieved?
Cheers,
Oliver
]]>Hi there,
I want to make a leave request for 2023 but it responds with 0 days, until i try to request a vacation in 2024 then it counts the days. i already created the policies and set everything to the right location, i don’t know what is going wrong.
]]>Good day,
I am very impressed with this plug-in….
Two questions:
I really need some help with the leave module and policies, nothing I do seems to work for leave to show on an employee profile and for them to be able to use their leave.
Documentation isnt that clear on your website, can someone help me with this?
]]>Anyone know how i can force logged in users to be redirected to their profile page and restrict their acces?
I have followed all the guides. I have the three pages created. I have the shortcodes put in place on the pages. But the option still isn’t there?
]]>When trying to create a Leave Entitlement for 2022 or 2023, I keep getting the error “Error: Please select a valid period.’
This seems to have started around the time I started using php 8.
Any ideas? I cannot find what the error means or where it is being fired from. Also when viewing existing “Leave Entitlements”, I can only view the current year. The dropdown for filtering does not include the following year.

Morning,
Is there a way to link what a user does on WP-HR to Zapier? If someone books annual leave on my WordPress site is there a way to link that to a rota based system like RotaCloud using Zapier or any other 3rd party which automates tasks?

]]>Hi all,
I’ve volunteered to replace my employer’s antiquated, spreadsheet based employee holiday booking system with a more secure and modern online based system. I’m trying to figure out whether WP HR Manager will do what I need. In a nutshell, here’s what I need to happen.
1/ Employee goes to website, enters login details and is taken to a page that tells them how much holiday they’ve taken, how much they have left and how much sick leave they’ve had in the current period. It’s important that this is effectively an Employee Self Service portal with no back end access.
2/ Employee requests leave, which gets sent to the relevant manager and the HR dept.
3/ Manager authorises or denies leave (with a written reason for doing so if possible).
4/ Leave is deducted from entitlement (if granted) and employee receives an email to let them know, ideally along with their remaining entitlement.
5/ HR manually records sickness and other absences on the employee’s record.
Is this something that can be achieved with this plugin?
I’ve already installed it and begun setting it up, added roles and a couple of employees just to figure out how it all works, but I’ve come to a bit of a halt. How, for example, do I set up the front end login page for employees….?
Any advice much appreciated.

]]>Hi there,
When an employee attempts to make a leave request through the front end dashboard an alert pops up saying “You do not have sufficient permissions to do this action”. This happens after they have inputted dates and clicked the Send Leave Request button. The request is then not processed.
Any idea what could be causing this?
Thanks
]]>Hi,
I’m looking for a way to remove remaining database entries and access permission which not has been removed by removing the plugin.
I’ve have see similar question but without proper solution.
Is there a way to remove this with the plugin, or does anyone know a plugin to do the job? I know some other plugins have the option to delete all the data, or even have a separate plugin to remove it.
Many thanks in advance.
]]>Hello,
As other users have also reported this, but I was not allowed to join the conversation:
All settings are correct, also created working hours in the company profile.
However when an employee requests a hourly leave, the systems takes a full day.
fyi, this happens with single day requests.
KR.
]]>Trying to see if this will work for my needs. The hourly leave taken in 15 minute increments is not working – it just counts as a full day of leave. I think I set everything up that is needed for it to work – specify full work days for Mon-Thurs, half day on Friday; set company hours to 8 (really would like this to be able to use 7.5). When creating a leave request I get the option to take hourly.
The New Leave Request notification email just lists the day(s) and not the hours selected. I don’t see a shortcode to specify hours requested.
Am I missing something in the setup or does the hourly leave portion not work?

]]>Hi,
We have been building a non-web-facing intranet and our intention was to setup WP-HR on a WordPress installation. Thus far we have completed the install and populated some data.
Unfortunately when it comes to ‘Leave Entitlements’ there appears to be no button present to add a new one (as shown in the help documentation https://wphrmanager.com/docs/wp-hr-manager/3-0-leave-management-module/3-2-leave-entitlements/
I have uploaded an image showing the menu in WordPress along with the open page for Leave Entitlements (as you will see there is no button)

]]>Hello,
I am using the WP Manager plugin. It is working properly. I have a question, can something be done so that the employees of the same department cannot take leave on the same day? Or the employees under the same manager will not be able to take leave on the same day. Can you please advise me is it possible?
]]>Hi there:
I have a policy at my org that each employee accrues holidays monthly, and at different rates (i.e. new employee accrues 1 day/month, 10 year employee accrues 2 days/month, etc), if that makes sense.
Is there a way that I can create (a) leave entitlements that accrue on a monthly (rather than yearly) basis, and (b) custom ones for different numbers of days? Thanks!
]]>Greetings,
How can I format email that WP HR Manager send out? If I do any formatting in the input box given for an email, when I save the settings all the formatting is lost.
What can I do to apply formatting and for it to “save”?
Thank you.
]]>Hey all, I tried out this plugin, but it’s much more than I will ever need feature-wise, so we’re going with a more simple approach. However, I made the rookie mistake of adding this to a semi-live website. When I remove the plugin it leaves behind a lot of database entries, and I’m by no means good enough to remove them.
Is there a way to remove this with the plugin, or does anyone know a plugin to do the job? I know some other plugins have the option to delete all the data, or even have a separate plugin to remove it.
Many thanks in advance.
]]>Is there a way to update either the role or the department for an existing employee?
Presently it appears possible to assign a role and department when creating a new employee. Unfortunately, there does not seem to be a way to change this when editing an employee record.
This might be useful if the role of the employee changes or they move departments.
