It may be a great plugin, but since it requires you to register on their site, and registrations are closed (as of 2/22), this plugin won’t actually do anything.

Hover-in folks. Please let me know when it’s usable and I’ll remove or update this post.

When this plugin is installed and you have built a custom menu, the pull down menus in the page tabs no longer work — that is the menus will no longer drop down when you hover over them.
