We’ve been using the pro version of this plugin in conjunction with a Stripe integration to capture event registration information for a couple of years and it has worked very well. It can be a little tedious linking form fields to spreadsheet columns, but that comes with the territory. We had one issue when we had both the free and pro plugins enabled at the same time and forms were being populated with duplicates. They were able to help us identify that problem quickly. It would be nice if some built-in checks were made for such a case. Because some premium plugins require the free plugin to be enabled, and some don’t, it’s not self evident.

This plugin does exactly what it should do. Install the plugin, connect to your Google Sheets account, map the fields, and you’re good to go! It’s already a great plugin, and they will be adding some great features in the near future. Highly recommend!

This plugin works really well for mapping gravity forms data to a connected google sheet. The team has provided great support when needed such as helping define specific custom field notations for a series of checkboxes and has integrated the submit once status is ‘paid’. It’s also worked well to send data from one form to multiple google sheets by setting up specific feeds to capture that data. It works well and the logging feature comes in handy if something isn’t right. Setting up new feeds can take time but they’ve assured us the duplicate and/or import function might be coming soon. Overall love the plugin and I use it for three different non-profits that we manage data for.

This is hands-down the best connector plugin for google docs. I’ve tried coding the connection and several other plugin before using CRM Perks, and Jackpot! Highly recommended especially if you don’t want to go through the hassle of the coding or trying hundreds of plugins!

I have a bunch of forms and wanted to have all the data exported to multiple sheets (master sheet and individual tracking sheets). This allows you to do it all effortlessly. Easy to setup and intuitive to use.

Why I provided a low rating for a plug-in that actually works? The price ($59) is not worth it!
The plug-in does not do anything, but connect a gravity form to a Google sheet does not justified the price ($59). And the setup process is not intuitive. It was a pain to connect the Google Cloud IAM.
A nice alternative is Zapier instead of this plugin to connect the gravity form. I use that without issue.

I use quite a few Gravity Forms on my WP site, and the inaccessibility to the submitted raw data was a challenge. Also, the export function does not give me the data in the format I would like. This solution is easy, quick, effective. Now, every time a form is submitted, all the information is immediatelly sent to a Google Sheet, where I have immediate easy access. A real time saver, thank you!

So I’ve been using this perk for a while now, and I must say, it’s very great. It’s quite simple to use, and I appreciate how well it integrates with other plugins. Customization is also a significant plus! But it would be fantastic if they could make it a little easier on the wallet for the little fellas. Oh, and a faster helpdesk would be the icing on the cake!

I used this plugin on a Gravity Form collecting sponsorship info for an event. It was easy to install (all plugins of this variety involve setting up an app in Google, but the instructions were clear) and easy to use.
One feature I really loved in this plugin is the ability to use the Gravity Forms merge tags to define a custom value to be sent to the cell. For example, I can collect a sponsor’s first and last name in separate fields, but combine them in a single cell in Google Sheets.
This plugin is great – does what it says on the box, and after a bit of set-up time, it’s worked flawlessly. Thanks Samer and team!

The plugin connects to your drive and updates any Sheets from a submitted Gravity Forms. It works perfectly well and you can choose which field in your forms will be insterted in which columns.

This plugin works exactly as expected! Setup was a little tricky – but not overly difficult with the easy-to-follow instructions. Once setup, the functionality works exactly as expected! My Google sheets populate automatically the moment a user submits a new Gravity Form.
