I am using a Spot connect to send short messages by email to my blog. These messages appear as posts on my site. the gps information then is only in text, like:
Latitude:51.35246
Longitude:5.47630
GPS location Date/Time:01/21/2014 15:54:59 CET
Can “detect coordinates” grab this information out and then display a map?
I tried to find information but cannot find it
I appreciate all kinds of help on this subject
thanks in advance
Bert
]]>My maps have stopped appearing.
I have found that if I disable the NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati plugin my maps appear.
I recently did the following updates:
GeoMashup from 1.4.8 to 1.7.2
NextGEN to 2.0.40
Any advice as to why these plugins are conflicting?
]]>Hi, the plugin is great but the “find me” button is not accurate. It does locate me more than 10km distant from the actual point. I use an iphone 4 and i’ve tried it at open air, in various points. Obviously i’ve given permission to safari to use gps, and i can see the arrow gps icon after pressing the Find me button. Thanks
]]>Hi!
Thanks for a great plug-in. It has been working perfectly until I upgraded WP Geo to 3.3 which use Google Maps API v3.
WP Geo works fine but the mashup maps show nothing.
I’m using thje latest version om WP and your plug-in.

What does your plugin look for in the content to check for coordinates? Is it an address? Lat/Long?
Thank You
]]>I want to show places from just year 2012 on my map, and not the older ones. Can I do that?
]]>Is there any way I can show the polylines (referred to in the wp geo settings) in the mashup map so that it shows the “path” according to when posts were published?
I’m using this (awesome) plugin to track a live road trip, so it would be great if people could see the “journey” like that.
