Hi. I use your plugin, in combination with the Disable User Login plugin, to make sure that none of our website’s editors can make changes to the site while I am making changes in a staging environment. Thanks for making this plugin available!
Normally, I also like to hide the login page, using for instance, the WP Hide Login plugin. Doing so always greatly cuts down on the number of brut force attacks that occur if the login page is at its default location.
But if if hide the location of the login page, your plugin (or Disable User Login – I’m not sure which) causes problems. They don’t seem to be able to work together. Any ideas about how I can make them all play together nicely?
]]>Hi there,
since the last release i get this error on every page when i am logged in:
Deprecated: Automatic conversion of false to array is deprecated in?/Volumes/eSSD/_htdocs/bwcokg/wp-content/plugins/wp-force-logout/includes/class-wp-force-logout-process.php?on line?229
i have WP_DEBUG enabled and PHP 8.2.18 running!
thanks in advance!
]]>I have been getting warnings from Wordfence that the version we use is different than the one in www.remarpro.com.
But we don’t see an automatic update for this version, and checking the code, the current code is different from ours. We had 2.0.1 and the new version seems to be 2.1.0.
I believe something is wrong in the main PHP file, where it doesn’t show that the recent version is 2.1.0, so the automatic updates do not run for the plugin.
I downloaded manually, and the new version is indeed different with the file changes that Wordfence is reporting.
Maybe there is a need to check the version declaration in the main php file.
When I go to the Users tab, I see each user shown as Logged Out and I see there last login/activity time. However, it will only ever show myself as being Logged In, and incorrectly shows everybody else as logged out all the time.
]]>When I force a user to log out, the user gets logged out, but continues to show as logged in in the user list, even after refresh.
If I deactivate and reactivate the plugin and refresh the user list, then the user shows up as expected?—?offline with last login 1 minute ago.
I’ve tried disabling all plugins and using a standard theme and the problem still happens.
]]>Hello,
Within plugin stats it says that plugin is compatible with/up to WP 5.9.5 and that last plugin update was 1 year ago.
Since this plugin is small, simple and do exactly what I need I want to install it. Yet, before doing installation I would like to have a confirmation that the plugin is compatible with latest WP.
By the way, by checking and confirming that plugin is compatible with latest WP each time WP is updated it may significantly rise plugin popularity and number of user installations.
Thank you.
]]>The plugin doesn’t work with new WordPress version. Please update it. When I click on ‘Logout All Users’ it gives critical error notification.
]]>Where exactly can you go to log out all users at the same time?
]]>I was using this and it was working fine up until about a week ago. I have tried disabling all cache and login-related plug-ins, and I have installed this plug-in on another website I manage that uses a different theme, but none of it works.
All users show as offline. The last login value hasn’t updated since it stopped working.
The only thing I can think of that these two sites have in common is that they were both updated to WP 5.7 around that time frame.
]]>Greetings,
is it possible (eg for security reasons) to log out all users on a certain time or after a time of inactivity (every 24hrs or after 1hr)?
Greetings, Andrea
]]>Sorting for Login activity does not sort the Posts column and post counts are shown all over the place.
Also users are shown offline when they are actually online. Only admins are shown online.
]]>Hi,
I don’t see any users logged in in real time. If I sort the users after login activity, I see only me as admin online. Other users are like 7 sec ago, 22 sec ago, 45 sec ago, 1 min ago, etc. all grey and no option to log them out (although this users are logged in by wordpress cookie and can enter their backend without any login. I want to log out selected users that I blocked with user blocker plugin but its not possible.
Thanks in advance for any help!
]]>Hi, I installed Plugin but it shows all users except admin as if it is continuously offline! I did some tests but nothing .. what could it be?
]]>Hi,
I just installed your plugin and I really like it, thanks a lot for the work.
I would like to sort the users by their login activity, to see how many of them are connected, and which ones.
Is it possible please ?
]]>I’m curious whether using log out all users to logout 40,000 or 50,000 users would cause any issues.
Also, do you know of any way to remove all the site domain cookies while logging out users?
