First, I thought Flickr is dead.
Then I found your plugin and it’s ideal to share my photos on wp.
After I made the wrong settings, the support quickly fixed it.

It does work fairly well to be fair. Simple to use, and enough layout variety to satisfy basic requirements. The lightbox is excellent. I found it unnecessary to use Awesome Font as indicated. I was unable to load a profile picture initially. This turned out to be a conflict with Media Credit, which the support team identified professionally. However, there remain some minor issues with text and colour formatting in the Profile and General sections. I found these can be resolved by applying custom CSS to the relevant pages. A wysiwyg editor easily solves these issues. Overall, I’m a very satisfied customer. The support is not lightening fast (from Europe, due to IST), but is 100% reliable. Recommended because it is straightforward, and can be configured to more or less mirror a Flickr account.

I purchased the Pro version of the plugin and there was something that wasn’t functioning properly. I contacted support and they replied within one day. They then supplied an updated version of their plugin to fix the problem. The plugin works great and their support team is quick to respond to any issues.

Super easy to use and works well. Had an issue with Cloudflare Rocket loader (there’s a js error which causes lightbox not to load). Thanks to support, I knew the issue and disabled Rocket Loader. End of problem ??

I contacted them regarding a gallery display problem. Their first reaction was that nothing was wrong – and I suggested they look again. This time they duplicated the problem and requested credentials.
Within an hour they had checked the problem and come up with a workaround. They did not have an immediate fix, but a workaround was sufficient for me for the time being.
They were helpful and prompt.

It works but the free version is very crude and doesn’t make you feel 20$ is worth paying for the premium version. Little control over customisation. No control over limiting the number of images from your photostream. Little control over how it looks.

It works to pull images from an album on Flickr, but there is no customization that you find on other free WP Flickr plugins. If you have 1000 images in that album, it pulls all of them onto your page. I wish there was a way to limit it to say, 4 rows of 4 images, etc…
