How do you modify the sender name please?

It currently appears as WordPress. Is there any way that can be changed?

When I try to upload a file to test it out and enter the captcha in the box and then hit submit, I get an error message saying wrong captcha entered. I have double checked the captcha and even tried a new one and still no luck. Will the captcha only work if it is online and not just on a local machine?

It seems the plugin does not installed.
I can’t find any sign of the plugin.

Hi

I know very little about PHP coding etc.

How do I edit the file uploader to only allow the following:
Max file size 5mb. Only the following formats can be used PSD, BMP, GIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG

Also, how to I remove the ‘description’ element?
