]]>Hello There,
Please tell me if I have placed the pixel correctly?
1. I placed pixel ID in settings.
2. Then on the WordPress page, I clicked CompleteRegistration from the dropdown menu. However, I did not add any details to the value fields.
Will that still function?
When I view the source code of the page it all appears in place, however the event code appears just beneath the pixel in the header. To my knowledge, Facebook disallows us to place that event code in the header tag. Can you comment on this? Thank you very much.
Be Well,

The problem is resolved by deactivating either WooCommerce or WP Facebook Pixel 4.3.
I welcome solutions which would enable me to re-enable WP Facebook Pixel, or recommendations on another WooCommerce-compatible plugin with the same functionality.

Cool plugin, really useful! Problem is that it is slowing down the admin area considerably. On every admin page, it’s running 107 queries. A whole bunch of nsau_GetMetaKeys()… etc.
There has got to be a way to reduce this. It’s practically unusable.

Hello, I just installed your plugin and set to track Woocommerce events in Woocommerce options section. The events are not tracked and I get errors from the pixel helper inspector like “Facebook Pixel is not paired with any product catalog” and “Facebook pixel did not load” for AddToCart event, the only event correctly tracked is PageView. Am i missing something?
]]>Hi, this is a presales question.
Does your plugin support dynamic events as described here?: https://www.pixelyoursite.com/facebook-pixel-dynamic-events
Please let me know, thanks.

Please respond with an ETA for this to be fixed.
]]>Hi!
Great plugin! I noticed you added a great feature in the paid version, sending product tags.
I would like to ask how does that work because there is no default field on facebook’ end for “tags”.
Also we use multiple ones, is the plugin sends all of them? Is facebook capable of storing multiple values per field?
Thanks and keep up the good work.
]]>Hi there,
after the latest update, our admin panel has been really, really slow. I mean extremely slow.
After deactivating plugins one by one, we found that your plugin was the source. The front end of the site loads as fast as always, but the backend becomes painfully slow. We’re talking about a minute here, just to load up a page in the WP Admin.
For now, we have been forced to disable your plugin, hope to get a quick reply from you about what’s going on!
Also want to say that we have been extremely satisfied with the plugin up to this point, so I hope that this is something you can resolve quickly!
