I’m not sure why this plugin is in our system as it doesn’t seem to do anything useful, but what’s worse is there seems to be a recent code refactor that has changed namespaces and class names causing code errors where custom code has referenced this plugin. It’s quite useful to offer a depreciation notice or fallback when plugin changes like this go through, but in this case I assume the plugin developer only really cares about selling licences rather than maintaining a well supported plugin. Rather spoon my eyes out than see this plugin in any of my future systems.

I’m attempting to use this plugin, but the HTML emails show up in google with a super-wide format and broken tags.
Thinking that maybe the pro version’s “Premium Styles” functionality would solve this issue, I foolishly bought a 5-site license.
In order to finish the upgrade, you’re required to install “a3 Dashboard” and link it to your account on the a3 website.
Unfortunately, linking doesn’t work – their dashboard won’t recognize my account – so I’m stuck with a non-functional plugin, and an upgrade I’ve paid for but can’t use.
I put a ticket into their support system 4 days ago and have yet to hear back from them.
Garbage plugin. Use something else. I wish I could go lower than 1 star.

All I was after, was a plugin that allowed me to set a global width, and footer.
Sure.. this plugin does this.. but it then ADDS shit to your emails you cant remove… unless you buy the free version.
Like email title is suddenly plonked into the body of your email, ruining it. There is NEVER a need for this, its only done so you are forced to buy the paid version.
Something, I would never do, since its been done so damn dishonestly.

This is a great plugin – for matching emails that I send out to match the header and colors of my website.
In the free version they allow you to upload the header and customize a few colors – I am seriously considering going Pro

Throws an error saying that the ports are blocked when in fact they are not. I switched to WP-MAIL-SMTP and then it worked just fine with identical settings.

I initially installed the free version, then asked some pre-purchase questions with immediate and great response! I mean instantaneous!
The free version gave me enough functionality for what I needed, since I want my emails to have a minimalist kind of look. I don’t need or want a lot of exotic fonts or anything. However, I went ahead and upgraded to the premium version for the support and being able to ask questions. I wanted to make sure that the gobbledygook “sanitizing” characters went away. (I have an ampersand and an apostrophe in my site name that was causing problems.)
Speaking as a person in business, people that want to be coddled for the free version of something just want something for nothing. These and all other developers are in business (as I am) and are giving away as much IP as they can. /soapbox off
Anyway, this version was quite functional for me and I highly recommend it!

A plugin that’s supposed to change styles of an email, but such features aren’t available unless you buy it! A free plugin that cannot do what’s supposed to do. Just say that it’s a premium plugin and you’ll get more revenues. I hate being tricked so I just unistalled a perfect plugin!

Finally an opportunity to communicate with my customers that not only looks and feels professional, but allows me to present my company the way I want it to be. The template looks beautiful and is easy to configure and use.
BUT… From the moment I installed this plugin, the header image wouldn’t display in actual emails, although it looked great in previews. There was a hack in the support forum that worked, but the latest update didn’t fix the problem and the hack no longer works.
To users… Test your plugin configurations before using it!!!
To the developer… Great plugin but needs fixing… Please fix this plugin and I’ll adjust my review appropriately.

The plugin does its job, but in my opinion it should be listed on proplugindirectory.com instead of www.remarpro.com because most of the features are only available in pro version.

This is one of those “nagware” style plugins where you install it and it shows you a ton of options, but only 10% of those options are usable unless you upgrade to the PRO version. I absolutely hate plugins like that, ugh!! Waste of time to install.

We can not ask for more features that Lite version support, all available features on Lite version is much enough for what we need, include default Email Template, put the logo, settings wide, and config the Sending Provider ( Gmail, Smtp, Mandrill, Web Host )

This plugin works great.
This my first free plugin from A3Rev and I do wish for the free version is had more features available.
I would like to see the free to pro concept switched a bit, such as Mandrill and email integrations made for pro and color schemes availability made for free, with some limitations.
Of all things I think the ability to change the email colors like Woocommerce should be free with some limitations like font size, background pattern, footer perhaps etc. … otherwise this plugin doesn’t serve much use out the box.
BUT IT DOES WORK!!!!
And because it integrates with Mandrill it doesn’t compromise email deliverability!
