I am inside WordPress trying to disconnect my Square account from WP Easy Pay settings.
The page turns white and says “Not Authorized” at the top when the Disconnect button is clicked.
Is there a manual way to disconnect the square account?

I have 2 plugins in my list.

WP EASY PAY and WP Easy Pay (Premium)

I just paid for the professional version. Do I need to activate the PRO version or it works off the regular plugin? Whenever I try to activate the premium plugin (Version 6.4.2?) it says error activating plugin.

But my form isn’t working, when I try to look at the tab for things that are pro, like recurring donation or additional fields, it says, ‘buy premium’

I am not able to process payment thorough the form it is stuck on loading after i click on pay. I am getting an error in the console. Please help me out with this issue. The form is opening on click of the book now button on header.

This support ticket is a follow up to my email/Jira support ticket (WPEPSUP-1583) that I have not gotten a reply to since 24 October.

When attempting to authenticate the paid, premium version of WP EasyPay, I follow the steps provided in documentation and the screenshare video provided by the team.

However, once I reach the APIExperts.io “You just authenticated Square!” confirmation screen, the “THAT’S MY SITE – REDIRECT ME” button points me back to a nonexistent page on my site, which gives me a 404 error. The Square account is not authenticated or activated, even though preceding steps state that it is.

Hello. I have the free version. THe form provides the option of mutiple prices but there is only one price, one product. I just want people to be able to check out. It’s not obvious that you have to select the button with the price on this. How can I accomplish this?

It appears the plugin is throwing some new errors. Here is the last few lines of my error log.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Does the free version support the Square payment gateway? I am looking for a plugin to support Square payment gateway. Looking for a lightweight solution, not interested in WooCommerce. Hoping there are short codes where I can place add to cart buttons in my gallery. I have decided not to take PayPal anymore. Wondering if this is going to work for me. Many thanks.

We setup WPEasyPay to process online payments through a WordPress website to Square. I cannot find a way to access the WPEasyPay account information. I want to check billing and contact information.

I have downloaded the free version on this plugin and I have connected square, but I don’t see any way of testing and also forms are not showing on pages.
There are no settings option and no tabs to enter the credentials.

When entering details and submitting the payment form it reloads the form and doesn’t take payment?

DOEST WORK

The option to give via credit/debit card stopped working at some point in 2023. Right now, when you click on “Give To…”, nothing happens. I’ve cleared the page cache and updated the WP plugin to the latest version (WP Easy Pay Premium Version 6.4.3)

The other button for Cash App works just fine on the same page.

I tried to enter a title to my form but it doesn’t accept it when I hit update.

And when I try to enter 14.50 it only accepts even dollar amounts for the buttons.

You will need to be logged in as admin to see the issue as it is a membership site. Is there a secure way to provide access. when credit card information is entered, page just stalls out in processing.

Does this plugin support adding multiple views of a single product? (For example, product image and image gallery)

We can’t download reports the button clicks but never fully fires. We are also getting the following error on the 404 Page.

• I have installed plugin today faced so many issues like not connect Square account and plugin showing error on reports page but some issue solved by downgrade PHP from 8.0 to 7.4 ( which is not recommended ) but it solved.
• Now currently i had face issue is not complete the payment after the click on pay button also the credit card not filled are not required and that started next step showing loader and continues loader in both (Live and test),
• Kindly do something meaning if this occur from plugin and if not suggest me or help me how to overcome this issue.

I have been getting having two issues for several weeks now. The first is that no matter what I do I can NOT set a TITLE or The DESCRIPTION for a payment form. I have tried numerous times on multiple forms I created. Every time I enter the Title in the “Form Title” field and click the Update button it saves “Post updated. View post” but the “Form Title” field remains empty. Exactly the same thing happens with the “Description” field. In the list of forms the Title is also missing and shows “(no title)”

The second thing is that the “Reports” do not work!! When I click the link it goes to the /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpep_reports and it states: “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”
However there is no email sent to the Admin email account.
(Please note that someone else reported the same issue previously but nothing was done)

I activated the Debug log then clicked the EasyPay Reports link which gave the above error. Here is what shows in the Debug log:

The Debug logs do not show any errors for the first issue with the Form Title and Description.

One final problem… recently someone tried to use a credit card fraudulently on a donation form which is connected to Square. They did multiple $0.10 amounts which should not have been possible as the “Other” field was set to a minimum of $5. This triggered a freeze on our Square account. (Square fees wiped out each donation)
How can I ensure that this can not happen again?

I’ve connected the plugin to Square.

I can enter all of my details and set a payment amount but when I click the “Pay” button nothing happens.

What am I doing wrong?

Client contacted me this morning to indicate that her reports page no longer worked.

When I checked, everything worked except for the /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpep_reports page, and she was getting the “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions” error message, and no email was sent.

Client reports being unable to log into site. It was running WP 6.3 and PHP 8.0. I rolled back to WP 6.2.2 and updated to PHP 8.1. Then I deactivated all plugins and manually enabled them. WP Easy Pay 4.2 is making it not possible to log into site: when going to wp-login it shows blank page. When I activated it I saw error msg “2 characters of unexpected output during activation”. Running free plugin V 4.2. Client also has starter plan account. Please advise. Much thanks.

When people fill out form and click Submit, they just get a credit card icon with a blue strip that continuously goes back and forth and it doesn’t proceed to complete payment.
