Hello. I’m using your Store Export Deluxe plugin for WordPress to export sales from my Woocommerce and I have a problem. I tried to open a ticket through your Support page form but it’s not working. I get an error message when I try to send it. I sent you my message here and I hope you can help me.

Some months ago I start using OpenPos for Woocommerce and I set up two Stores. I need to be able to export separate orders with your plugin, one csv for each store. But I can’t find the way. I also tried to find a field that could help me to separate orders with Excel, once I get the only file (like cashier or store), but I can’t find any on the list.

Could you please help me set up a custom field for that?

Hi!
I tried to open the csv generated by your plugin in Excel. I set up delimiter by comma, text qualifier as “, encoding utf-8. Everything going well, exclude one thing: in Product description field I have the line breaks and Excel think that these breaks starts new Product with new table row.
How I can tell my Excel the right way to parce generated csv?

I’m using WP eCommerce v 3.9.1, Exporter v 1.6.2. I’ve made no customization, and I get this error upon attempting to export:

I have problem when wp-ecommerce export
if contains spaces in image filename ,then in csv file export ,space in image filename cleared .

example: a b c.jpg —> abc.jpg

Im considering purchasing your Pro version of the Store Exporter, but first wanted to know whether this plugin also allows you to import the exported content? Our company is switching servers, and my intent is to export the store data from the original server, and import it to the new server.

Is this possible using this plugin?

Hi-

I’m running WordPress 3.0.5. and WP eCommerce Version 3.7.8. I installed your plug in and select the export tab, then select my product fields I want and click export the page loads and nothing happens. Any ideas?

I did install the plugin on my wordpress site but when I check on the export tab its doesn’t show anything.

I did check on the debug inspector it has 2 errors:

all I get is this, when trying to use ‘Export’

‘You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.’

while I’m logged in as admin.

I got this error after updating the plugin.

As the directory shows, I have exporter deluxe installed, don’t know which one causes the error, but this occurred after I updated the basic plugin.

I try to use the plugin to export my products which include traditional Chinese characters.
However, In the exporting csv file, all Chinese becomes ???? which makes the exporting useless.
Anyway to solve it?
