Is DXP plugin compatible with multisite set up and providing the ability to set rules of content personalization over multiple sites?

Meaning: Can I set up a rule on the primary site which will be propagated onto all or a selection of sites?

or do I have to replicate that rule manually to the site selection?

If a site is using a non-standard URL structure for the WP admin (e.g. domain.com/wp/wp-admin/ as is common with roots/bedrock) the tab links do not work and take you to a 404 error page. This appears to be solveable by changing the link urls to use admin_url().
