Normally I do not review plugins after one use. However, I was expecting to wait 5 minutes for the trash to be taken out. Kinda how my wife feels on rainy days.
I clicked delete trash posts and BOOM! they were gone.
Easy to find and use administration.
Simple tick selection and click proceed.
DONE!

Does exactly what it says it will and quickly. My rating 4/5 stars. I would give it 5/5 if it could be run by a cron call or something similar especially for multisite installs.
