I am experiencing an issue with the latest version of the WP Crowdfund plugin, where the billing details on the WooCommerce checkout page are not appearing. After rolling back to an older version of the plugin, the checkout page works as expected, displaying all billing information.

Could you please investigate this issue and let me know if there are any known conflicts with WooCommerce in the latest release? Any guidance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Does the 2.1.12 version of WP Crowdfunding have the option to add multiple rewards? The previous version 2.1.11 did not have the option to add multiple rewards and messed up my campaign page. Please let me know before I download it.

Is it possible to add Crowdfunding and regular woocommerce products in one cart?

Because every time I add a Crowdfunding product to a regular product or vice versa, it deletes the other product.

Would it be possible to override the templates to add customisations like KYC or add any feature, e.g., filter or sort users by some attribute like their location?

On the CF Dashboard you get a list of the Campaigns. But they only have update and edit. There is no delete? How can a user delete a campaign?

In “CF campaign form” image upload button opens up default WordPress media upload window, it is unprofessional and doesn’t look good either, is there way to skip WordPress media upload window and just upload images directly?

For example, if someone donated 10$, users in dashboard see 10.80$ (donation amount + website fee). How do I remove that? So dashboard only displays the amount they actually received.

Hi, We found that when the total pledged amount reaches a goal amount on a campaign, the campaign automatically ends even though we set “Campaign end method” as “Target date” not Target goal.

We want that even the pledged amount reaches & exceeds goal but the campaign still continues until the target date comes.

And also want the pledge percent bar shows more than 100%.

Is this possible?

I have a issue that the Themeum Slider does not display the images on my front page. The slider was originally there with the theme and somehow got erase. I did not notice until after while . So I reinstall the Themeum Slider which might have been the same type of slider but the pictures are not working. I have done many changes on the website so I cant just simply install a backup because that would erase all my work I did for the past few months, I have the pro version of Elementor and I am not able to figure it out why it not displaying the pictures and not that techy. I have backer theme from themeum and wp crowdfunding plugin. I wanted to see if there is any solutions. Thank you .

I am looking to purchase the premium version of this plugin but it shows the last time updated was in Nov 2023 for something minor. The free version 6 months ago. I also see many complaints about support. Do you all still update and support this plugin as WordPress, Themes, and Other Plugins updates? Do you have any coming releases?

When I select “Template for campaign single page” in the WF Crowdfunding settings to “In WooComerce Default” it displays the entire campaign except for the Campaign story section. Is there a way to add only this section to my single product page.

Order manually set to complete from Woocommerce but the WP Crowdfund is not picking up this transaction.

1. Can different users create their own projects at WP Crowdfunding to present and offer them for donations? Or what plugin do I have to combine with WP Crowdfunding to do so?
2. How can I configure or what plugin do I have to use that donations can be done and only be done with a special crypto?
3. Can users rate the projects or what plugin can integrate this feature at WP Crowdfunding?

Currently ‘publish’ and ‘draft’ campaigns are showing in my account dashboard. We want to show pending campaigns without an edit option.

Is there a way to help with code/settings so that we can show pending campaigns to the users?

Hi! This line causes a fatal error in some cases, because the condition is wrong(includes/woocommerce/Woocommerce.php line 112):

}

Should be:

if(WC()->cart && WC()->cart->is_empty()){
    return ;
}

This causes some issues with plugins that also mess around with the checkout fields.

Hi there,

The product (campaign) main image does not have a close button so the image opens and then you have to use the browser back button to get back to the page. This is not good UX. Is there a way to add a close button function? The gallery images are fine, it is just the main image on the product (campaign) page.
