I have an issue with the NAME field. If a user registers the email information is correctly stored in mailchimp, but not the NAME field. This is always blank.

I am a novice when it comes to wordpress but I am having trouble getting the plugin to work. I have created a conversion box, linked it with mailchimp using the API key, and selected the list that I want the email addresses collecting within.
Everything seems fine, except when I put a personal email into the conversion box, it doesnt come through to mailchimp? Is it ususal for there to be a delay or have I missed something?

I only have a problem with step three, Box Settings.
When i click ‘save and publish’ i get the error ‘There was an error updating the database. Please try again later’.

Hey there. Thanks for this great plugin!
My issue is that I can’t seem to affect the z-index of the popup lightbox no matter what I try. I have tried placing the following code in the custom CSS section of the box customization page (as well as the main style sheet) to no avail:

z-index: 999;
}My menu bar is the only thing giving me issues relative to the lightbox as it sits on top of the popup. I have the z-index for it set to 101, but I can actually still access the menus with the lightbox open.
I can fix this by setting the menu’s z-index to 100, but then it also goes behind my video, and I can’t seem to affect the video’s z-index either.
I’ve spent hours looking around online for solutions for either the video or the plugin, but haven’t found anything. Here’s to hoping maybe you have seen this problem before and know what needs to be done.

First, I have some boxes I created probably 7 months ago. When I try to update those boxes and get to the final step and click Save and Publish I’m given an error:
There was an error updating the database. Please try again later.
Second, I’m unable to Enable any boxes, old and a new test one I created. On the Conversion Boxes screen, where all boxes appear, the Disable/Enable button does not work at all and there’s a JS error:

The Smart Popup Box Template has no templates to select in the drop down menu which in turn doesn’t allow me to use that feature for Exit Popup. Is this feature disabled for the free version? All Other features work! I just downloaded 2.8.

I activated your plugin last week as I thought it was a good idea to add a newsletter sign-up box at the bottom of my page.
Yesterday it was time for my weekly RSS campaign by Mailchimp to be sent out, and it didn’t go out. I validated the feed url in the W3 school, and it showed a problem with your plugin.
After I deactivated the plugin, my RSS campaign and the RSS feed work again.
Please look into this issue and fix it.

I have set up a conversion box on my website which looks great apart from the submit button keeps aligning to the right instead of centering like the main text and text fields. I’ve tried resizing everything but no success yet!
