Hey gang! Thanks in advance for your help. I am working with a customer that is interested in using your plugin along with our membership plugin and am doing testing for her.

When I test your plugin on my Mac desktop and try to highlight a phrase, everything works as expected. I get the message letting me know this action isn’t possible.

When I test this on my iphone, I am not getting the same results. I can highlight and copy the text on the post without any issue.

What is causing the discrepancy in experiences between the two devices?

I have had this plugin on for a while, but I am suddenly getting a 502 error.

The error appears when I am logged in Admin panel and I go to click on a product

If I am not logged into admin panel, I do not get the error

I have tried it on couple browsers seems to get the same results – if logged into admin, then get 502 error when clicking on a product, if not logged in, then no error.

This just started a couple weeks ago.

I really enjoy using the plugin, but I have it temporarily disable until I can have the error removed.

It appears that when we activate the plugin, it disrupts the display of Google Vintage Ads on our website. Consequently, the vintage ads fail to appear, rendering the close button invisible and preventing users from closing the ad. This issue ultimately leads to the webpage becoming unresponsive, necessitating a page reload to resolve. However, upon deactivating the plugin, the vintage ads resume their normal functionality without any issues.

After installing the plugin on my site; the icons of the WP Reactions plugin are now transparent.

Is the plugin also prevent access to video files?
Is the free version prevent the use of ctrl+U?

I had to update my php to 8.1 (required for other plugins I use), but this plugin caused my site to crash so I had to delete it. I would love to use it again, hope it gets updated! Thank you.

Can you tell me on the Basic version – can I determine which pages/posts/products I want to have this on because there are a couple pages on the site that we do allow downloads, but we don’t want them to be able to download anything on any other pages. Can this be done on the basic version? If not, can it be done on the paid version.

I want to do no downloads on the entire site except a few pages.

Our website homepage often, not always, shows a blue screen with a pink/red rectangle that states “Warning: Unwanted Copy/Paste extension detected! Please deactivate it and refresh”

Simple as the title, the watermarking doesn’t work when the image format is .avif and i think sometimes on .webp.

The plugin (Pro 14.2) doesn’t work on iOS, and presumably other mobile devices as well. Just press and hold on a photo to be able to save it.

I had the plugin activated and it worked very well at disabling right click on my posts. I decided that I no longer needed the functionality as I wanted some related blogs to be able to link to my images. I first tried to disable all settings in the plugin and saved those. Then I deactivated the plugin and finally I deleted the plugin but I still can’t get right click working again. I also cleared the cache each time I did this.

Am I missing something – does the plugin make some permanent change to a file in the WordPress system that I need to modify?

What if a user can copy content by disabling javascript directly from the browser menu?

I opened my site on google chrome on android and the content can be easily copied from there. Whereas, the plugin is still enabled.
