Hi,

I followed the complianz app advice and downloaded the “Integrating the Consent API with Contact Form 7” plugin in addition to the “WP Consent API”. But I could not activate the “Integrating the Consent API with Contact Form 7” after the installation of it.

Is there a procedure to follow to get it activated?

I cant find the place/folder/destination to upload the plugin “WP consent API” . It says that i should upload the plugin to the wp-content/plugins directory.
Cant find it? ??

I have LS-CACHE PLUGIN with Lite Speed.

I minify the JS, CSS and HTML.

I Believe your plugin work on a script, and i am afraid maybe the optimization can damage something.

1. What you recomend? to bypass the optimazation?
2. If need to bypass, what the name of the script? and how to by pass it? (i have tuning on the LS CACHE PLUGIN)
3. Its ok to minify it?

Is the plugin GDPR compliant ? do you collect any personal data about the users/visitors of a website using your plugin ?

Call to undefined method WP_CONSENT_API_COOKIE_INFO::has_cookie_info()

When calling wp_set_cookie(),
– wp_set_cookie calls wp_has_cookie_info(),
– wp_has_cookie_info calls WP_CONSENT_API::$cookie_info->has_cookie_info()

WP_CONSENT_API::$cookie_info->has_cookie_info() DOES NOT EXIST.

Secondly, WP_CONSENT_API isn’t instantiated until ‘plugins_loaded’ making it unusable until then.

add_action( ‘plugins_loaded’, array( WP_CONSENT_API::class, ‘get_instance’ ), 9 );

Why not instantiate when it loads? (there may well be a good reason)

Uncaught ReferenceError: consent_api is not defined

I have added
/wp-content/plugins/wp-consent-api/assets/js/wp-consent-api.min.js

to exclude JS but it still comes

The Consent API is marked as Closed on the Feature Projects Overview (under the Inactive Projects section).

Could you provide more information about it? Was there a decision made not to merge it into the core?

Why does you plugin state that every other plugin on the site is none compliant??

I am not sure I believe that plugins like Formidable Forms, Site Origin Page Builder, All in One SEO, to name just some are none compliant.

Please can you confirm if this plugin is compatible with Google Analytics for WooCommerce and the Google Listings & Ads plugin? Both plugin require cookies consent for the analytics to work.

Under my contact form, there’s a notice ‘Accept marketing cookies before sending the form’. I believe it’s generated by WP Consent and I’d like to translate it. Could you please let me know how to do that ?

I am having a bit of a problem with understanding the GDPR and Google Fonts. I am changing all my websites to Local Google Fonts. It’s going great, but when i check the Contact page console – Roboto is still visible in the Google Maps iframe. I thought that, if i host my google fonts locally. i won’t have any fonts showing in the console.

Is there any way to go around this issue? or how to setup the Complianz plugin to prevent in future GDPR Compliance issues?

I am currently integrating Contact Form 7 + Wp Consent Api + Complianz. I have CF7 5.4 and everything connected but i can’t make the “Accept marketing cookies…” a button as it is on the Contact Form 7 Example on your demo website.
