WordPress does not make the wp-config.php file’s settings directly editable for very good reason! At best, this plugin will cause inexperienced site admins to break their own sites (and have to go in and manually edit the wp-config.php file to fix the problem anyway), and at worst, it is a powerful vector for hackers who are able to gain access to a site through weak admin login credentials —?which I bet are disproportionately likely to be present on the site of anyone inexperienced enough to install this plugin.

Does’nt work at all. I installed the plugin and tried to enable debug mode option, but the plugin broke the site completely. Luckily I had a backup!

Everything about this plugin is perfect. It doesn’t attempt to do a lot of things on its own.

I have tried numerous times to increase the memory unfortunately to no avail.
When switching to the Raw Editor tab after having increased the memory, it shows the change but cannot be saved.
All plugins have been deactivated or deleted and yet am unable to save the settings.
I would appreciate your thoughts here….

I have used WP for years. I am a novice to the back end, it is a major hassle for me to stop what I am doing to log into cPanel or use FTP just to check or quick edit wp_config. And takes me a lot of time to find things. I could do serious damage in the process.
This plug-in removes ALL of the hassles. So fantastic! A favorite.
