Added the Buy Button block: https://app.screencast.com/YlIf2bt4TA6RO
On the front end however it is not appearing: https://app.screencast.com/yPYXXh5wFBoKf
Triggering your loadScript function causes it to flash so its doing something, but its just not completing. There are no errors displayed on console. Uncertain if it’s cause of no gateway? https://app.screencast.com/onZuSOQWPpupA
Hi there,
There seems to be a php warning coming from the plugin. Would you be able to resolve it in the next version of the plugin or help provide a workaround that I can add to my site?
Warning: Undefined array key "c7wp_enable_custom_routes" in /code/wp-content/plugins/wp-commerce7/includes/class-c7wp.php on line 682
Please let me know if I can provide more information.
Thank you!
I’ve done something wrong. My website was working fine this morning, I thought I was editing the HTML block in the header related to the shopping cart, but I fear it was the “

” code. It didn’t show any code when I started (using BLOCKSY) but I saved the code “

” after I realized it was no longer pulling in the shopping cart at all or any other commerce 7 plug-in feature. Where should this code go? How do I access it? We’ve tried rebooting a backup copy of the website and it is still having issues.
I loaded the plugin, added the Tenant ID and made sure the route pages were correct and when i view the pages nothing is loading, i’m using wpbakery. Is there a step I’m missing?
I created a “shop” section to display a collection of wines and everything was fine. I logged out of the development site and logged back in today to work and the “shop” page now pulls in incorrect images (i.e., a Rosé show up for the Rosé as well as a Chardonnay and the image for a Cabernet Sauvignon won’t show up at all). I verified that the products have the correct images in Commerce7. Any thoughts as to what is going on?
Also, the site is in development and is locked to the public.
Hi,
In the 1.4.0 changelog, it mentions that to bypass editing the Commerce7 style sheet in the widget editor, you need to set the c7wp_enqueue_c7_css_admin to false. Can you point me in the right direction to set that to false? When we update to 1.4.0 it messes up the formatting we have on the website and I believe this is the culprit and wanted to test setting that to false to see if that would fix the formatting issues. Thanks!
Hey guys. Looking to use Commerce7 with Bricks Builder, is it fairly easy to convert the blocks to work with that? I know it supports Gutenberg blocks native and I think also converts them too, but that’s only ones built within Bricks and not custom JS so I assume it’s just a case of moving them into their logic?
https://academy.bricksbuilder.io/article/create-your-own-elements/
When i try to update plugin i get reponse “This update does not work with your version of PHP.” Documentation say i need php version “7.4 or higher” but right now i have 7.4. What is the problem and how can I solve it?
No content from C7 is displaying as of today. Yesterday content was good. I have disabled and reenabled the plugin, deleted and re-added the plugin, resaved permalinks, deleted and recreated the pages, verified the tenant ID. Caching is not enabled for the site. The commerce7.js appears to be added correctly and the blocks are rendering, but no content is added to them.
Hi there,
The club pages don’t work in Commerce7 Version 2. I currently have it switched back to V1 and it works just fine but doesn’t work when using V2. It just keeps trying to load.
Hi
I would like to use the Paystack payment gateway on our website but was told that we need to switch from frontend v1 to frontend v2. How do I go about doing this with the Commerce7 for WordPress plugin?
Thank you
Is there a way to make the quantity field here a selector or drop down list?
Hi. I inherited Development for a site using your plugin and see a login page on the site with only a shortcode
[c7wp type='loginform' data='/collection/']
I’m not sure what the data-redirect is routing to, or if there are options for that – I couldn’t find any in the CF7 docs,
The problem we are having is when a user attempts to use “Forgot your Password” and then “Reset Password” below the login form, the email is generated from Commerce7, but clicking on the “Reset Password” link in the email sends them to a customer registration form as if they aren’t already a customer.
I didn’t see that path handled in the Custom Front-end Routes list, but are there any options we have to correct this issue?
Thank you.
Dynamic club signup and collection pages will not show, having to push them to C7 template site. Using WP & Elementor and plugin DOC says that’s supported. I was under the impression that this plugin fully integrated the Commerce 7 into clients WP? https://harumphwines.com/
Most of you use a caching plugin on your website, and most of those have some sort of “combine js” feature, or “delay js”.
My advice is always add commerce7.js
as an exclusion, you never want this file being affected by those plugins.
How you do this differs based on your caching plugin or web host, so contact them for instructions.
We are unable to take any payments and according to commerce7 this is due to some caching issue:
This include of the Commere7.js file shouldn't have the ?ver-1.2.6.16599966220 on the end, maybe this is just hardcoded to specify that version.
It should be:
src="https://cdn.commerce7.com/beta/commerce7.js"
Not this:
<script data-cfasync="fals

First off, thank you very much for this plugin. Plugin inserts the product image on the left hand side and the product details on the right hand side. I have tried many ways but failed to move the product image to the top of the description and add to cart buttons like in your Maven free theme. Where in your Maven theme can I find the right code to move the image on top?
Thanks.
C7 had problems with the email but no name being included when reservations were made on the web site. They say that it is fixed now, but it still doesn’t include the name for us.
They have asked me if there are any custom functionalities?
Thanks for your patience. Have you ran this by your designer/developer? We are wondering if there is any custom functionalities added that may be causing this. We are reviewing it and not sure why your reservation checkout is behaving differently than our default widgets at this time.
I use the “reservation” page that our plug in creates as well as the reservation block that you plug in provides on the pages for our individual locations.
Thank you for your help,
Betty
I want go get conversion after customer buy the product. im using acoustic conversion tracking. i try to add my tracking code after load thank you page but that page not refresh. how can i do the conversion tracking with google tag manage
The most common support request I get: 404 errors.
There are two causes for this 99% of the time:
After those 2 are fixed, most people have no more issues.
Other errors in C7 are logged in your browser’s dev console. Refer to those errors when contacting [email protected] for help.

Hi Michael,
We have just tested your plugin on one of our dev sites: we installed it, activated, and deactivated it (did not route it), and it created a bunch of links and pages in the Shop area. Specifically, it created links and pages for:
-Profile
-Collection
-Product
-Club
-Privacy
-Terms`
This was unexpected behaviour – can this be looked into?
I am happy to provide a private link to the dev site.
The Account Activation Existing Customer Transaction Email “magic link” is not working. The page is set up correctly and that URL works just fine however, when someone goes to click the button “Quickly Sign In” on the Account Activation Existing Customer Transaction Email, they get a “page doesn’t exist”.
Is there something that needs to be done to make this work?
Hi,
We were previously using commerce7 for our whole website and eventually switched to wordpress to display the front-end but we’re still using commerce7 to manage our system. We used this plugin to connect commerce7 to our wordpress site. When we tried to launch the wordpress site to production and updated the A Records, the collections pages started to not show up and return a 404 error page instead. We retained the domain pointing from commerce7 before to the wordpress site now. May it have caused the issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve the 404 error being shown?
This page is correctly listing the clubs.. if you go to one of them, the page loads fine.. But if you try to browse to the page directly, you get a 404.. E.g. https://www.kdmglobalpartners.com/club/six-bottle-club
We are having the same 404 issue trying to access collections.. e.g. https://www.kdmglobalpartners.com/collection/red-wines … note, we can’t get any of the base collection pages to work at all, and cannot access defaults. The main collection page exists in wordpress.
Same issue with product.. e.g. https://www.kdmglobalpartners.com/product/2015-chardonnay
should work (per the link noted in commerce 7)… but it is not working on the site.
Look forward to any thoughts/advice.
We helped a client create a new website for their brand, The site was already using Commerce7. Everything seems to be working fine except when we move the site live and try to log in. The “My Account” page goes into an infinite loop and keeps refreshing on its own.
This doesn’t happen if I’m logged in as a WP-Admin but only happens for non-WP users. We have looked into each line of code and couldn’t find any solutions. Surprisingly the support team said they don’t know anything about it lol.
It would be great if someone can shed some light on it and point us in the right direction so we can fix it.
Thanks!

Hi
We keep getting 404 errors when the site tries to connect to the Commerce7 APIs. This is causing issues, as some users are unable to make a reservation because the buttons stop working. You can view the screenshot here: https://imgur.com/v0Llybn
Could you please let me know how this can be fixed?
Thank you
Hi, I am currently redesigning my website on WordPress using Visual Composer. I see that Commerce 7 is compatible with this site builder. However, I am trying to download the Widget to my WordPress plugins and I am unable to move beyond the screen that asks for the Tenate ID and Cart options. How do I access the codes and Commerce7 element to embed into my site?
Please let me know if you can help.
Thank you!
I’ve gotten feedback from customer that they don’t know how they can pay because there are no credit card icons or anything that says “we accept visa, MC, etc” on the checkout page. How would I add this?
Also, I would like to remove the “pickup” option, as we are online only. How would I do that?
Thanks,
