I have had to yet again abandon this plugin briefly and use another carousel gallery plugin, as again, my theme, Total/Theme forest, has had a clash with the updates. Looks normal elegant grid in edit area, but on website the images bunched up one beneath the other, instead of in a neat grid. Clearly an update clash. So I’ve now tried GT3 gallery grid and for now it works fine on both. I have this prob with WP gallery, about twice a year, an update causes mayhem.

I have used this plugin to create carousels 1-2 months ago but now when I try to try one and insert the shortcode to my wordpress website using elementor using attach in the shortcode widget, it doesn’t load my carousel to my website once I press “Apply” and “update”. I am trying to use woo product carousel, but have 2 issues, the product image is not showing the title size is large.
For the image, I am not sure what to do as based in settings it should show but it is not.
For the title size, it is clear that it is using h2, which does not work for me as I am customizing it with large size. Is there anyway to changes it within the carousel? CSS should be fine.

]]>Hi WP Carousel team. Love your plugin and it’s been working fine for ages but seems to have stopped working in the past few days on my site. It just shows the first image in the carousel only. Even the ‘live preview’ within the plugin shows the carousel like this. Any ideas what could be causing this issue? The webpage link is what I want to achieve but can’t.
When you go to WP Carousel – source type “image” – carousel settings – Miscellaneous – enable Swipe to slide…..
Result: It now allows you on a laptop touchpad mouse to move the carousel images using two methods.
Method (1) Using one hand on the laptop touchpad using two fingers (as if when your scrolling down a webpage) to drag down on the carousel to move the carousel images left, or when you move your fingers up on the pc touchpad (as when you are scrolling up to the top of a webpage) to move the images right.
Method (2) Allows you to slide the carousel images left or right just by using one hand on the laptop touchpad by sliding your fingers left or right on the laptop touchpad while on the carousel to move the images either left or right.
Problem: I only want to achieve method 2 as shown in webpage link (https://i09yx.csb.app/). I don’t want the carousel to behave as in method 1.
Reason why Method 1 is flawed: Scenario: Lets say I have a webpage with 10 carousel consecutively and just want to scroll down the webpage to the footer of the webpage without stopping on the carousels, it’s not possible, because with carousel settings “SWIPE OR SLIDE” will stop you on the first carousel as you scroll down the webpage and start scrolling the images in the carousel. As the settings are set to scroll the images when you drag the mouse down the webpage or drag the mouse in any downward movement. It willl feel like you’re sliding on ice if trying to scroll down a webpage. You will keep stopping on the carousels and not be able to get where you want to go. i.e to the bottom of the webpage.
Conclusion: I therefore only want the carousel images to move when I move the laptop touchpad mouse left or right on the carousel (as seen here- https://i09yx.csb.app/ ), but there are no settings to do this? You do have a setting to disable “swipe or slide” but this will then require the user to use two hands on the carousel to move it with a laptop touchpad mouse. You would have to hold one finger on the left of the touchpad while using another finger on the right side of the touchpad to move the carousel images left or right, which takes a lot move effect and skill to navigate the images.
Help: Is there a CSS code that you can generate for use so that only method 2, is achievable? (as shown here: https://i09yx.csb.app/ ) I need a CSS code to stop the carousel images moving when vertical scrolling down on carousel, but at the same time allows you to scroll horizontally using touchpad mouse (using one hand scrolling, not by disabling “swipe or slide”.

]]>Hi…I’ve downloaded your plugin which is great but on my mobile page, my image does not fill the box. They are aligned to the left of the carousel box which looks at bit wierd. I’ve tried to find where I can centre in the settings but alas, I have found no help. On the desktop they are fine. Am I missing something. Thanks so much!!

]]>Under Style Settings the Description Show/Hide appears to be set to Show by default because the toggle is over the Show side not the Hide side. We have put in all the Alt, Title, Caption and Description fields for each image but the Title does not show on hover as the documentation states here: https://docs.shapedplugin.com/docs/wordpress-carousel/shortcode-generator-settings/style-settings-image-carousel/
To clarify, when you say “shows on hover,” do you mean like the regular image hover that shows title metadata or like a stylized heading or paragraph text title that appears somewhere? Most images you have on your page in WordPress already show the title attribute on hover.

hello wp carousel , star ratings show beside product names on the wp carousel product block(loaded from shortcode) on the homepage , but unlike product pages and shop pages (loaded from woocommerce)the number of reviews is not shown, personally I think this is just a php code snippet addon so would like to ask if anyone knows how to do this thx
i may have asked this question before but was told to use elementor which I’m against as it bloats my page unnecessarily. I asked the same question on woocommerce and was immediately provided with a code snippet that solved this issue beautifully in the shop/catalog pages
