Claims to let you do all this amazing stuff but once you go to use it you can only add books. That’s it. Can’t customize it or do anything else like add links or anything! Waste of time, false advertising. Novelist is better and FREE!!

I reviewed many, many book plugins before selecting WordPress Books Gallery. The plugin is fabulous offering us so many different options to organize and display our books. Even more fabulous is the support from Hossani. He is so polite and quick to respond. We’ve been able to quickly solve any issues that we ran into – all of which were user issues. The plugin works great!

I’ve been trying to organize our recommended reading section for a long time. WP Books Gallery functions like an actual book library with many needed options so we an filter and search our long list of recommended reading for our audience. The chat support that comes with the paid product is over the top useful. Very much worth the annual fee.

I tried many themes and plugins before settling on this one for my new site. It has an intuitive interface and all the features I need, without requiring complex coding like the other solutions I tried. The couple of issues I faced (due to my own errors) were quickly resolved by the admin. Highly recommended!

I just spent an hour with Hossni on chat to figure out how to integrate the plugin to my site. We faced one issue after another but Hossni never gave up. All the features needed to make an awesome book gallery website are all there. The latest update also comes with author pages and many more features that can turn your website into something like goodreads. My website is now exactly how I wanted it to be – it’s like magic!
But beyond all the fantastic features, what truly stands out is the outstanding support from Mr. Hossni, the mastermind behind this plugin. There’s a lot of great functionality in this even in the free version. But best of all so far has been the support. I was having trouble with the display of the books details page so contacted support. Got a quick answer with an easy fix that got it looking like I wanted. Limiting 20 books in a category is useless. Forcing to make you buy the plugin. And when you click on categories it will take you to your post categories. If you delete any of them, you will delete the category of your post which can’t be undone.

I would suggest splitting the date into three components, so it doesn’t force you to choose the day or month for publications that do not have one. The year entry is a problem as you have to click several times to get to the one you need. Also, since I am using it for a public library to display their digital collection, it would be nice to have the option for periodicals and newspapers as well, with issues, etc. It is still a great plugin
