It works fantastic. Short work on HTML and it did it work but on one of my sites, it doesn’t work. I tried to contact the owner and still can’t get through.

Очень хороший плагин – удобный, настраиваемый, подвинуть его можно в любое место любой страницы.
Но проблема: любой пользователь (который зарегистрирован на сайте в качестве “автора”) может удалить или добавить любой баннер. Было бы умно доступ к баннеру давать только администратору сайта! А регистрировать пользователей в качестве “автора” требуется для того, чтобы они могли править свои объявления, добавленные на сайт, например.

My site and Admin are very slow, and is impossible to use since installed wpxtreme, witch is required to run this plugin.
Advice to do not install this plugin.

The www.remarpro.com repository version is no longer supported, so I tried the new version. It requires installing an unnecessary extra plugin which made changes to the appearance and functionality of wordpress admin.
The worse part, though, is that not only did it slowed down my website in general, but at some point it caused the server CPU to go 100%, which made the entire server unresponsive. When I managed to uninstall it everything went back to normal, but it took me a full day to figure out the problem.

The new version might be up to date, but in order to use it you need to install and register their shop plugin first. And here`s the catch.
This shop plugin alone slows down your wordpress blog like a big fat whale. (according to an internal scan this beast eats up more load time than all my 25 other installed plugins together!!)
Plus, I don`t like the idea of a double install.

UPDATE 10/18/14:
It stopped redirecting me, and I never downloaded the “Xtreme” update based on everyone’s warnings. There is another update to 3.1.6 it keeps prompting me to make, which, looking at the code, essentially DEACTIVATES the plugin so I’m forced to pay for a subscription. So, I’ll never update it unless it breaks. For now, it’s working great, and it’s a lot better than paying $15 to $20 for the Bannerize subscription this guy’s now wanting to charge for this.
My advice is if you have 3.1.5 installed, keep it and don’t ever update it and you should be fine.

Uses a very annoying browser hijack when accessing the WP Bannerize plugin panel within WP.
Instead of taking you to your control panel, they forcefully redirect you to their site to sell you stuff.
This is the worst way to advertise your products. At least give users the CHOICE! If they are clicking on the control panel, it means they want to see their control panel — NOT YOUR STUPID WEBSITE!
I’m about to report this to WordPress as Adware/Malware. I’m pretty sure an unexpected redirect to your sales page is a violation of WP Terms of Service.

WP Bannerize had a problem. Moving banners stopped working after the WP upgrade to 3.6.1. But with the latest update Version 3.1.2 it is now back on the top list of my pluggins that enables me to place banners where I want them on my site. Great.

This is good and simple plugin to show ads by categories. I tried a lot of plugins whose authors boast about them a lot, but they didn’t work. This guy seems down to earth, and his plugin is really simple and great for this purpose. Keep up the good work man.

Installed to 3.5.1 absolutely no problem. Banners are easy to create and organise. The output HTML is simply and well formed.
As the banner can be saved from html, using Swfobject’s Dynamic Publishing facility allows even flash banners to be only loaded when appropriate. This avoids sending large banner images to mobile phones, etc then having to hide them. Instead you can detect the context (desktop / tablet / mobile / etc), then decide whether to load the image of swf.
Very useful, good balance between ease of use and options.

I use Bannerize on WP 3.5 multi-site and it is great! I just localised into Finnish and would like to use it in my language. But, how can I do that? Do I need to change some code, somewhere? Please let me know how.
