]]>All backgrounds were working fine as of yesterday; now all pages have solid white backgrounds on Chrome on my computer and my phone. Firefox has the backgrounds like normal. I don’t know what changed from yesterday to today–didn’t update Chrome or WP or anything.

Hi there, I have uploaded a background, but it currently overlaps the content area background (which is set to not be full width), however, it does not overlap the text. I have been trying to tweak the setting and Z Index values, but can’t seem to get the uploaded background behind the content background. I need help figuring out the settings, and I can’t seem to find the Content Container ID or Class. Can someone help?

Hello, thanks for a great plugin! This is exactly what I need.. however, the background image is not showing correctly on iPhone 5S. My photos for background are all HI-RES / wide-screen. On iPhone, the photo is scrunched horizontally, and it appears distorted. Also when it first loads, it barely appears at all.
Can you help me fix this?

From reading other support threads, you said that the plugin adds the background image to the body element, and that it’s not possible to move it to the #content, which I would like to do so it doe not go under my menu.
I’m confused because according to the doc of the plugin, I understand that there should be an input in the admin panel allowing me to change ‘container ID’. this input does not show in the admin panel for the plugin, neither does the z-index choice, I can only select the image and a link.
Could you please clarify whether it’s possible to change the container of the image from body to #content? If it’s just not possible in the admin panel because my theme is not compatible, I’m happy to change it myself in the plugin code if you tell me what line to look for and in what file.

It’s amazing what it can do and how it helps make the site look better or reach our goals for our sites better. However, I have a problem with the image in the background
If I make it smaller, it looks blurry and with the current size and resizing, it’s deleting most of the image from the background. The Page where I used the plugin is [https://latinzonemagazine.com/ediciones/] and you could see what I mean by going into the page
The same image is inside the text of the page in the last image art at the bottom. I plan to do a big launch for our magazine’s download and readable version on the 15th. I wish we could solve this before. Also, take into account that I’m using a premium theme so do not use a child theme. Instead, I have a CSS customize box for changes to the themes stylesheet.

I have went through all possible z index and so forth. The only time it is clickable is 1 and up but it over lay the whole site. I Changed the another z index to higher and negative and nothing works. PLEASE HELP

if you want your plugin not to be seen as deprecated or not maintained (though I can see you address issues in the forum), I highly recommend to always update the version-compatibility of your product, of course assuming that you do run a regression test.
Otherwise it (plugin) is not a candidate for me.

I have your plugin working perfectly on a site I am working on (www.thegardenscare.co.za) but the background doesn’t appear on the Posts Page (www.thegardenscare.co.za/blog/).
When I created the Blog page, I specified the background and selected template “Blog”.
The backgrounds work perfectly on the individual post pages once you click through to them, but not the posts page itself.
Can you suggest possible resolution?

]]>Background does change classes when a class is defined. Using the pro-theme “Frame” and hoping there is a way to troubleshoot this issue, as the BG images are being cut-off, because the header and nav are displaying over the BG images.
