Plugin include ‘non-alphabetic’ characters in tag, for example ‘?’ question mark, etc. Can you modify the plugin to not to add these ‘non-alphabetic’ characters in tags.
]]>For example, if title is “Ring of Fire (Duane Eddy song)”.
It will create two problems:
1. Plugin will not create tag for word: “Duane” because this word is attached with an opening bracket.
2. Plugin will create incorrect tag for word: “song”. It is creating tag as “song)” , adding closing bracket with the keyword.
Can you pls fix this problem in this plugin?
]]>When i am active thi plug in the message appear:
Fatal error: Class ‘mysqli’ not found in /home/sportsus/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-auto-tagging/WP-Auto-Tagging.php on line 17
What i do?
]]>I downloaded your plugin. When I activated it, I was greeted with the following:
“Warning: mysqli::mysqli(): (HY000/2005): Unknown MySQL server host ‘o7412530569907.db.2530569.hostedresource.com:3309’ (0) in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas07_data02/69/2530569/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-auto-tagging/WP-Auto-Tagging.php on line 17
Connection failed: Unknown MySQL server host ‘o7412530569907.db.2530569.hostedresource.com:3309’ (0)”
I’m not much on code – in fact, I know very little about it – but the words ‘Unknown MySQL server host’ appears twice, so I’m guessing you have a problem.
Let me know when it’s fixed. Thanks.

i have a big database
so it dosent work for me
it must do job in cron
please update
An error on install about cannot send headers and 1 extra output I missed it but here is the error from post saving after an edit:
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at ../public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-auto-tagging/WP-Auto-Tagging.php:83) in ../public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1196
Also had issues removing the plug-in. It gave an error message and said couldn’t remove. When I clicked details from the list of installed active plugins the pop-up showed the install button. I did get it to remove on second attempt.
This does work well for adding tags but these errors are definitely not good.
Thanks
