When I enter an individual phrase and/or change the color of the thumbs, it does not show any changes.

]]>After installing the plugin I setup the plugin to appear at the bottom of the post. Upon testing, when I click submit, I get the message in red text: There was a problem. Please try again. This message is too vague. i can’t even imagine what the problem would be or where to start looking. I use windows 7 and use Firefox v 45.0.02. .

Thank you for the plugin. Here are a couple of suggestions that would make it even more useful:
– support for custom post types
– allowing the plugin user to change the exact text that appears before or after the content, for example “Did this page help you?” or “Was this review useful?”
– show the total number of people who found it useful for example “8 of 10 users found it useful”
– do not require name and email from signed-in users.
