Hi – I have installed analytify and activated. I have logged into my G A4 account via the plugin and linked but when I test for tracking code in analytics it says ‘Your Google tag wasn’t detected on “r4removalsandcouriers.co.uk”. Try again or set up later.’. I have checked the source code and it’as not there. I have tried deactivating / deleting and re-installing ghe plugin and still not working.
Can you help?
]]>Hi there, there is an issue which turned out to be a specific Divi issue. I am using the Analytify plugin on many sites, also my own. The dashboard is suddenly not showing correctly anymore, with all kinds of javascript issues in the browser inspector.
I have debugged, caching, other plugins etc. and found out, that if I change the theme to something else, like the wp2024 basic theme, it works and back to divi it doesnt. I turned off all performance options in Divi, but that doesnt resolve it.
So… now I hope you people can help us out. I have contacted the Divi helpdesk, but they told me to go to you guys….
I can give you access to one of my sites to debug if you want. But that has to be in a private mail of course.
Thanks so much for your help!
Jason
]]>Good Day,
I would like to reorder your plugin’s admin toolbar quicklinks in alphabetical order (or custom order).
Can you guys provide a code snippet that will allow me to do that?
Note: It would be nice to incorporate the change into your plugin as well (with the exception of always displaying the “Dashboard” link at the top of the reordered list).
Thank you!
]]>Good Day,
Your plugin’s logo does not display in the admin toolbar frontend, only the backend.
Admin Toolbar (Frontend): Logo Not Displayed
Admin Toolbar (Backend): Logo Displayed
Please review and provide a fix.
Thank you!
]]>There is a cross-scripting vulnerability with the dashboard widget. It was reported back in May. CVE-2024-35689 It has apparently not been patched yet.
]]>Good Day,
Your plugin has a setting (toggle) titled, “Remove Settings on Uninstall.”
When enabled and we deactivate/delete your plugin, does it also delete all database entries?
If yes, can you change the setting title to “Clean Uninstall” or “Remove All Data on Uninstall“? (and update your tooltip accordingly).
If no, can you update your plugin to also delete all database entries (and other related data) when the plugin is deactivated/deleted? Similarly, also change the setting title as described above.
Thank you!
]]>Hello,
I am very new to the platform and I’m frankly using it for a school project. I received the error “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” This was after activating and authenticating Analytify, and clicking on the link from this prompt “Congratulations! Analytify is now authenticated. Please select your website profile here to get started.”
I’ve tried multiple times to uninstall and reinstall Analytify to fix the issue but that does not help as my account is already authenticated and i am prompted with the same message. I need to use the plugin for my project, so could anyone help me debug this issue?
Thanks,
Leo
]]>I tried all the predefined roles. None of them has Analytify visible or accessible on the admin dashboard.
I tried adding a custom role, I copied Admin role and changed the name. So basically I have a new role that has same access as Admin, but still not visible to that role too.
Good Day,
When we install the Google Analytics Tracking Code using your plugin’s feature, it appears the added googletagmanager tracking code is being preloaded.
When we install the Google Analytics Tracking Code manually into our header, the googletagmanager tracking code is not preloaded (as it should be).
We confirmed the above using DebugBear’s Website Speed Testing Tool.
Details (Google Tag Manager Loaded via Analytify): Avoid Preloading Async Resources
Details (Google Tag Manager Loaded Manually): Clean
The above is causing a delay in our website loading speed due to an increase in our TBT.
Kindly review and fix the above (i.e., your Google Tracking Code) to ensure it’s not preloaded.
Until then, our temporary fix is to install our Google Analytics Tracking Code manually into our header.
Note: We are delaying the loading of the Google Tag Manager JS file (gtag/js) per standard (i.e., expected) practices. That is, via Async.
If we missed something, please advise! So far, we can can confirm the above.
Thank you!

]]>Hi,
I was just getting in touch to see if the pro version of your plugin allows an admin to view stats on the overview/view all screen for a custom post type (rather than having to click on each post to view it’s information)?
Kind Regards,

]]>(This may be a matter of timing or other annoyance not related to the plugin, but I figured if somebody else hit on this same issue then maybe there’s some troubleshooting advice to consider…)
The Overview Dashboard for my organization’s website WordPress admin page is blank; for each statistic/keyword/referrer field, it simply reads, “! Something went wrong. Please try again.”
We did make a change to the Analytify settings (we logged out/in to our Google Authentication in order to re-authenticate, given that it was likely out of date; we also swapped our Google Analytics Version from “Universal Analytics (legacy)” to “GA4” and the Tracking Mode also changed from legacy to “gtag.js”.) The Dashboard however is not updated 24 hours after making these changes.
Google Analytics itself seems to offer traffic stats to me fine on the google.com website, there’s definitely data to pull in, but so far, none displays in the dashboard. (If there is a delay after making a Settings change, that would make sense, especially since we changed the .js tracking mode. However, the Profile Settings for Posts and Dashboard load up the proper profile, so the data should be trickling in by now, I would assume.) Nothing in the Settings for Analytify seems like it could be affecting the GA data import.
Any clue what I might be doing wrong?
]]>I’m considering the PRO version.
And I would like to display it freely on the front end.
I read all the documentation,
but I felt there were few examples of how to use shortcodes.
So please let me ask you a question.
1 Search Terms shortcode
I would like to display search terms within the site. Of course on the front end
2 Referrer shortcode
Referrer ranking for each page on the front end
3 woocommerce data
Of course, the front end displays the number of orders, sales, abandoned carts, etc.
Hello everyone,
the green square notification on the top of the dashboard doesn’t disapear… how to remove it please ?
]]>Hello,
I have both Analytify and SEOPress installed, my GA4 measurement code is entered in SEOPress. So I did not install Install Google Analytics tracking code in Analytify. I am hosting Google Analytics locally with Analytify. Does SEOPress still rely on inserting the Google Analytics tracking code directly into the website’s HTML output or Analytify takes over the management of the Google Analytics tracking code in a centralized way? My goal would be an optimized page loading time, of course.
Thanks, Jozsef
]]>Hi are any of these updates now compatible with your Loginpress Social Login functions for Google? I’ve had your engineers working on my site and I’ve been told not to update the Analytify plugin until it’s fixed. So is this update fixing things yet?
]]>Dear Team,

]]>Hello,
I wrote to your support about this issue on Saturday through your official site, but until today I have not received any response.
The problem:
Analytify plugin causes a critical error on my site when I try to enable it when WP File Download Addon is enabled and connected to Google Drive.
Since I have not received any response from you, I decided to write to WP File Download support. I received the following response:
“I have checked the conflict problem between WP File Download Addon and the Analytify plugin. Both plugins are using the same PHP library Google API Client:?https://github.com/google/google-api-php-client
Our addon uses the original version (v2.11.0), while Analytify uses a slightly newer one (v2.12.1) with some adjustments in their code (rename the namespace). This difference is causing the conflict.
Unfortunately, since we stick to the original library code, there isn’t a fix we can make on our end. We’d recommend getting in touch with the author of Analytify to see if they can adjust their code to fix this conflict.”
I kindly ask you to fix your plugin, because it is really useful and I would like to be able to use both plugins on my site without having to give up Analytify.
Thank you very much in advance.

]]>Hi there,
Your documentation nor plugin settings seem to offer the option to load your Google Analytics tracking codes in the footer – only header.
Is there a code snippet we can use for that purpose? Better yet, can you guys add a new settings option to your plugin to accomplish that? (similar to the one provided by Perfmatters)
Thank you!
]]>When I go to Overview Dashboard, I always get a message that says “Analytify Dashboard can’t be loaded until you select your website profile?here.” When I click there the drop down for “Profile for posts (Backend/Front-end)” and for “Profile for dashboard” have nothing in them to select.
I think I have everything setup correctly but nothing there.
Any help is appreciated.
Analytify Dashboard is working fine for Administrators but not for Editors despite that user type being selected on the Admin page. No caches or role plugins are in use.
]]>Conflict plugins between “Instant Indexing for Google” and “Analytify – Google Analytics Dashboard For WordPress“.
The issue is the “Updating failed” notice on top while updating or publishing a post.
Good Day,
We are using Rank Math SEO. Rank Math’s SEO Analyzer flagged several Analytify JS files that need to be minified. This impacted our SEO score.
Once we minified the affected files, the flags (i.e., errors) went away and our SEO score was restored.
Affected JS Files: https://prnt.sc/1fDkJVStee2X
Can you guys look into this and ensure all of your CSS and JS files are minified?
Thank you!

]]>Good Day,
With UA, it was quite easy to find and disable “doubleclick.net”. With GA4, we’re lost. We can’t find the proper GA4 dashboard link to disable it. Can you assist with this? (i.e., show the proper Google Analytics path to do this)
Thank you!
]]>Good Day,
Just noticed … your latest plugin update, V5.2.1, is causing a console error.
The console error is: Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘,’
Details: https://prnt.sc/o8g_BL4NpLyi
The above occurs with your plugins, Analytify – Google Analytics Dashboard and Analytify Pro. When we deactivate either plugin, the console error disappears.
Kindly review and provide a fix. It appears your revised or updated code has an extra comma in it.
Thank you!

]]>Good Day,
Shouldn’t the bar color be Green when reaching 100% engagement rate? Red is indicative of an error or a poor stat. Other colors (e.g., red, yellow) should be used for lower scores.
Also, at a glance, the bar thickness appears to be inconsistent between parameters.

Thank you.
