I really love this plugin, it is extremely powerful and it is going to save me so much time exporting orders from my website.
I had some teething issues with the initial set up and making a template for exporting a csv report and the support was fantastic, they really looked after me.

Could not disagree more with any of the one-star ratings here. There is no use case, regardless of complexity, that this plugin cannot handle. If you make a living using WordPress to build client sites, at some point you will need/want to purchase the full license for both import and export, and it will pay for itself in short order. The plugins are fantastic and the support from Soffly is first-rate. If you are not wiling to spend any money on a plugin, there are plenty of “free” third-rate export add-ons out here, all severely limited in what they can do beyond simple post exports.

I am using this plugin (the free-version) to migrate a blog to WebFlow and it is working really well so far. I initially had some difficulties downloading the CSV file. However, it worked well by clicking the Export, Edit, Import button first, then the Download CSV button. I will use this plugin again.
