Hi,
First of all, thank you very much for this incredible plugin that I use since almost a year!
I am creating a new website to which I want to use this plugin again. But once I copy paste the URL of my Airbnb listing, and by clicking on downloading, I have the error message “Unable to find any new reviews.“
I tried to deactivate/re-activate the plugin, but still the same issue.
Then, I went to my other website where the plugin is working well and I tried to do the same thing. I also have the same message “Unable to find any new reviews.” – however I still have the old reviews on this one so no problem.
But overall it looks like there is a bug? FYI I didn’t change anything on the second website to which the plugin is currently working well, but doesn’t download the reviews.
If you could give me a hand, that would be wonderful!!
Thank you,
Louis
Hi
Regarding the Review Badges.
I am not sure how it populates the data.
Let’s say I have 33 Airbnb properties.
Does your plugin tally them up and present an average review score, or do you grab the review score from Airbnb like we have here? https://www.airbnb.co.za/users/show/4310681 I suppose it does not really matter if the scores differ a bit.
BTW: Your website support form “I am not a Robot” images that pop up is very difficult. I tried 8 times and abandoned.
]]>Hi I am trying your plugin. Looks promising.
Have a look at the test https://agency.capeholidays.info/uncategorized/59317/
The actual review is being cut off on the right. I suppose it’s CSS, but I am no expert.
Can it do a max of 10 on the slider?
I suppose the pro version, I’ll be be able to pull all reviews for 33 properties. And remove negative reviews.
What if I want to publish a page with all our 1600 reviews? How would I do that?
]]>Hello,
airbnb and tripadvisor sliders were working just fine, but suddenly they did not appear correctly on the website without any action from my side (they appear just like regular texts instead of sliders). I have tried to update last versions, but nothing changed. Could you help me, please? Thank you, Petra
]]>Hello,
Since a month, new reviews can’t be download from my AirBnB experience page : https://www.airbnb.com/experiences/3107983
I use the plug-in since a year or so, and everything went fine until beginning of the year. The new reviews I’ve got in January aren’t showed and can’t be download, showing me the message “Unable to find any new reviews” when I try to get them trough the plug-in.
Nothing changed on my side (same Airbnb experience link), and I’ve downloaded the latest version 3.3 a few days ago.
I try to clear the database, delete/reinstall the plugin, but nothing helped. Probably a bad idea to do that because now I can download and see any reviews.
Can anyone help me with this issue.
Thank you
]]>I am using a slider with 3 testimonials per page.
Is there anyway to change it to 1 only for mobile view?
I am looking for a plugin to load all reviews of an Airbnb account. My account has 25 locations, each with their own reviews. So I have to collect the reviews of the account and not just one listing.
Thanks!
A.
Hi there,
After updating to PHP 8.0, i get the warning message as follows:
PHP Deprecated: Required parameter $listtype follows optional parameter $limit in /home/deleted/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-airbnb-review-slider/admin/class-wp-airbnb-review-slider-admin.php on line 896
Here is line 896:
private function getreviewurlfrommain($urlvalue, $listing_id, $limit=10, $offset=0, $listtype){
A quick and easy fix:
private function getreviewurlfrommain($urlvalue, $listing_id, $listtype, $limit=10, $offset=0){
That seems to work, so perhaps that could be included in future versions (assuming it is backwards compatible with older versions of PHP).
Thanks
]]>I have just added the plugin to a page I am developing.
I was very pleased with the result, but one point I find rather odd. The AirBnB logo shown in the bottom right of each review takes you to my AirBnB page. So far so good.
However, if I click on the ‘Read more’ links under each review they do NOT lead to the specific reviews, merely to the overall page listing once again.
Is this not confusing for the user, and superfluous since you get to the same place using the AirBnB logo??
Is there any way I can make the ‘read more’ link take the user directly to the specific review?
Geoff
]]>Good morning WP Airbnb Slider guys
I am having trouble updating the reviews on the slider. Slider was working fine when I installed, downloaded reviews fine and displayed on website using the shortcode.
Today I noticed that my most recent reviews from Airbnb (link being used is https://www.airbnb.co.uk/users/show/276550239) were not being displayed. I tried clearing the link, saving, and then repasting the link back but I was getting PHP errors (displayed at end of post). I have now cleared the reviews and tried to do a fresh upload, but again the same errors are below. Is this due to some recent updates perhaps? What can I do to resolve the issue?
Thanks in advance
Neil

]]>Hello,
I am trying to integrate the slider but somehow the settings do not seem to work. I have set up rows to 1 and the number of reviews per row to 3. Total number of reviews to 10.
Still, the slider shows on two rows and there is no autoplay.
Similar to the tripadvisor plugin, as per your instructions I tried modifying this plugin file…
\public\class-wp-tripadvisor-review-slider-public.php
on line 120 and 121 change them to this…
wp_enqueue_script( $this->_token.”_plublic”, plugin_dir_url( __FILE__ ) . ‘js/wprev-public.js’, array( ‘jquery’ ), $this->version, true);
wp_enqueue_script( $this->_token.”_unslider-min”, plugin_dir_url( __FILE__ ) . ‘js/wprs-unslider-min.js’, array( ‘jquery’ ), $this->version, true);
Can you please help me in resolving this?

Sanj

Hello,When I installed the plugin for the first time, it worked correctly. It download reviews from the given link according to the pattern. I turned it to take other reviews. Unfortunately, it started downloading reviews of someone else. After delete the entire review database, when I tried to download my reviews from the same link, I throw the error:

I’ve added WP Airbnb Review Slider to my site but I can’t get it to work for me. I have copy/pasted the URL for the page with my Airbnb reviews into the Airbnb Listing URL field under the Get Airbnb Reviews tab and clicked Save Settings & Download. After several attempts over a a period of time I continue to only get “Unable to find any new reviews”. Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks, Steve
