]]>We have an Elementor accordion on out site. In mobile mode, the accordion is closed and has a plus sign indicating it can be opened. It also has a title near the plus sign:
When, in the a11y widget we choose color contrast, the titles are covered with the background color, and the pluses appear as minuses.
I tried playing around with the CSS, but couldn’t find any way to fox those two problems.
I wrote to Elementor’s support but they said I should talk to the a11y plugin’s support, so I’m writing to you
]]>Does this plugin work together with Divi builder?
]]>Firstly – I purchased a Pro License some time ago. As far as I was aware at the time this was a lifetime license. I tried to get help on the Pro Support page but told my support ended in October 2020. I was not aware that this had to be renewed annually as I have never had any notifications about my licenses.
I now have a problem as follows:
I have WAH installed on a number of sites. On this particular one my backend dashboard slowed down to the point it is unusable. I have done the following:
Deactivated all plugins – fixes problem
Reactivated all plugins EXCEPT WAH – fixes problem
Deactivated all plugin EXCEPT WAH (so WAH only plugin active) – problem returns
So pretty confident the problem is with WAH.
Sytem info:
WordPress – v6.4.2
WAH Pro – v0.1.8.5
PHP – v8.0.30
Host provider – one.com
Browsers Tested: Safari, Firefox and Chrome – all have same problem with WAH activated
Cache Plugin – Performance Cache from one.com – but has been deactivated.
I have had to leave WAH deactivated for now in order to do anything.
If you could provide an update on the licensing situation please and any ideas about how to fix the problem?
Thank you

The plugin looks fine when I’m logged in on wordpress. However when I log out, the plugin widget goes above the header. Is there a reason for this?

Which causes the WAH widget not to show ??
It shows when there is NO VALUE in the right/left directions and there is a value on one direction (in my site I put a value only on the TOP direction and NULL values (not ZERO) on the rest of the directions.
It works for me now, but if it is actually a bug it can be helped if by default there are no values at all on 3 directions for example

As far as I can tell, this is a new issue, caused by a recent update.
Any ideas?
]]>On a iPhone 13, using the chrome browser, the accessibility icon is positioned directly on top of the navigation button. Safari however does not present this way. I tried custom mobile Logo position (px) in the setting which works on my android in chrome but not the apple. Any suggestions? ]]>Hey guys!
We have an issue with the plugin’s accessibility popup sidebar. Even if the bar is closed, pressing the tab button still selects the options/links within the sidebar rather than going directly to the contents of the page. I hope this video explains it better.
See video from 0:00-1:57 https://www.loom.com/share/debb3f47e3ec455ea7d97888c11a2abb
Can you offer any fix about this issue?
Let us know if you have any questions! Thank you and stay safe! ??
]]>Hello
I am currently using the WordPress plugin WP Accessibility Helper. For most of my WordPress site pages, the accessibility tools offered by this plugin are displayed on clicking a small wheelchair icon which is situated neatly on the lefthand bar.
However, in the case of my landing page, which is also my home page and which I have created independently of my WordPress theme using a landing pages plugin, the accessibility icon does not work properly. Instead, this particular page permanently displays all of the tools from the accessibility plugin, purely as static images. This leaves a lot of white space on the top right of the page, requiring the user to scroll down excessively to find the main page content.
I would value constructive suggestions as to how I might address this issue. I have explored using a different landing pages plugin but on previewing the result, I have encountered a similar problem. The editorial functionality for my landing page includes use of Custom CSS. However, I am not clear on the best way forward. As I understand it, I require to find a way to disable the accessibility icon specifically for the landing page or to enable the accessibility icon to display and function properly on my landing page. Of course, the second of these two possibilities is preferable.
Thanks in advance!
]]>Hello,
We have paid for this plugin, yet have sent two support requests on this topic and have received zero response.
We have a site in English, French and Spanish. I have been able to translate all settings titles with the exception of one – “Font Settings” – any ideas where that would be in settings to change to a different language like the other fields? (WPML setting is enabled).
Thanks for your help!

]]>Hi,
I was looking at my server’s error logs, and I saw that WAH is triggering a large number of PHP errors. Here is what the logs say:
mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /wp-content/plugins/wp-accessibility-helper/inc/wah-front-functions.php on line 473
mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /wp-content/plugins/wp-accessibility-helper/inc/wah-front-functions.php on line 476
I don’t know enough about PHP to know what those errors mean, but they are recurring over and over. Do you know what they are?
Thanks!

A stranger behavior after last update.

Hello,
This line appears endlessly in the log after the last update:
PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/abc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-accessibility-helper/inc/wah-front-functions.php on line 373
Hello,
I have installed the plugin on several sites, but with latest update (0.6.2.1) it stopps working. The bar is empty and just shows the “close” button.
On one of the pages I got the following error inside the bar:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /www/wp-content/plugins/wp-accessibility-helper/inc/wah-front-functions.php on line 373
Rollback to 0.6.0.7. makes it working again.
Best, Daniel

First of all thank you for a wonderful plugin!
We are currently testing this for a client, potentially will be considering full paid version.
I managed to make this work, but suddenly the font resize feature stopped working.
Using Avada theme.
I read previous threads and documentation, but couldn’t find the answer, hope you can help?
