I have successfully installed the 3D viewer on this page, but I’ve noticed that the Fullscreen Toggle has no way of returning to normal view. Once you enter Fullscreen, there’s no way to get back to the page without hitting Reload. Is there a setting that I’m missing?
Any advice would be appreciated.
]]>Hi
at Thursday, 21.07.2022 21:57 I got an EMail, that the plugin WP 3D Thingviewer Lite was automatically updated.
At 22:15 I got a Message witch said 3D TV Light causes a serious Problem.
I got several more of this Mails, because i wasn’t at home. Yesterday, late in the Evening i noticed that problem and because i was in a hurry because i wanted to livetrack my journey today I deleted the plugin directory and restarted the server. So I think I do not have any further informations. Sorry.
Technical informations:
Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS (GNU/Linux 4.15.0-189-generic x86_64)
WordPress-Version 6.0.1
Aktives Theme: Rowling (Version 2.1.1)
Aktuelles Plugin: WP 3D Thingviewer Lite (Version 3.0) PHP-Version 7.4.30
Do you have any suggestions for me? Or should i wait until it is tested with my WordPress version or try a new installation?

Error Mail:
Hallo!
Kind regards
Leo

All I get is “An error occurred loading model”. There’s some kind of message before that, but it blinks away too fast to read it.

“WP 3D Thingviewer need Javascript to work. Please activate and reload the page.”
Was working before.
]]>Hi, love the plugin but I’m having trouble with some STL files.
Can’t share a web site link, it’s currently on “localhost” for testing but can supply a copy of the STL file and/or screenshots.
The STL is being generated by Fusion 360 and is 48in by 48in by 24in. The Viewer displays the file as being 4.8cm by 4.8cm by 2.4cm and the top of the model is outside the viewport. I can zoom out and the correct the view, but it’s annoying that I have to do so and that the plugin seems to assume cm for measurements.
Checking the file with online viewers it looks ok, it’s the correct size and in inches…
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Andy B

]]>Hey Community,
i want to use your Plugin oudside from the “normal” editor.
I use WooDiscuz and i would that my customers can add an stl-file to the comments.
It is possible?
Ciao, Karsten
