Hi there,

Our client has picked up that the ‘Title and Subtitle’ are centered on Chrome (logged in) but in Chrome Incognito, Safari, Safari Incognito, it’s displaying ranged to the left. I’ve gone through the settings and selected ‘Center’ where I can but it’s still not shifting.

Is there anything I can do to fix this? Some CSS perhaps to force the text within the carousel to be centered?

I’d like to have landscape and portrait orientation images next to each other in the same carousel. Currently it will either crop my landscape images to fit the portrait width or it will shrink the landscape images to fit the portrait width. What I am after is a standard height (70vh) for all the carousel images, but variable widths depending on the orientation- is that possible?

I’ve downloaded the Divi Carousel Lite plugin and I’m wanting to add a button, like I’ve seen in the demo. Is this possible? I’ve tried to add an icon on hover, but it’s not currently displaying. Not sure if I’ve done something wrong?

When using the Logo Carousel, is there any way to have the smooth scrolling be constant, so there is no pause or “hitch” in the horizontal movement? Thanks!

I assume this plugin is incompatible with Polylang. I can insert the logo carousel without any problems on the main language, but on the second language, I get this Javascript error in the browser console:

Uncaught TypeError: can’t assign to property “_key” on “”: not an object

Would be great if you could have a look!

the tool works great on desktop but is literally not there on mobile with no option to fix this. Just installed today so this shouldn’t be happening. Please help!

I’m using the plugin on my website for a 3-slides carousel (full width, 1 image to show). When I go to my page, the carousel stops when my mouse is over it.

How can I avoid it?

There is a bug displaying logos inside the logo carousel. If you add different logos with different heights (which is normal), the height of the logo slider gets huge which is okay until I set a fixed image height. If I do so, the wrapper gets set to the correct height but the images are all cropped!

This can be fixed by applying this code:

.wdcl-carousel-item div,
.wdcl-carousel-item div, .wdcl-carousel-item div img
.wdcl-carousel .wdcl-carousel-item a,
.wdcl-carousel .wdcl-carousel-item a img {
    max-height: <height from the et-fb-logo_height-number>;
}

This will inherit the height to the below div or a wrapper and the image inside.

I added a new carousel gallery to a website I’m designing, but the navigation arrows are not showing up. When I am in Divi’s page builder, the arrows are seen. As soon as I exit the page builder, the arrows are gone. Is there a setting I need to change or a bug with the plugin?

After upgrading to version 2.0.0, the website started to appear with the following error message.

As can be seen on the attached website, the left and right arrows to move the carousel do not appear. Neither on that home page, nor on the rest of the pages under the Apartments menu, which are the ones that have the carousel plugin.
After deactivating all the plugins and cleaning the database, the plugin still does not work, but only in the Front End. In the Back end the arrows are visible.
How to solve the error?

I got bug on all DIVI website using Divi Carousel Lite after upgrade to Version 2.0.0.

With recent update on Divi carousel lite divi builder is not loading

How could I make the texts to be above each image ?

I’ve put the autoplay speed to 0ms expecting there to be no stopping and just smooth constant scrolling, however it still pauses every second or so. Is there some css or setting to make it so it is constantly scrolling at the same speed. Not ‘in and out’ so to speak.

Hi, I’ve istalled the plugin on a new page (under development), but the images are loading stange when the page is loading. The images are loading big and downwards loading. I did not get the impression that the plugin is very big, am I donig anything wrong?

Please update the plugin to support the latest WordPress release. It’s such a wonderful plugin!

We were advised from Divi to get your free Wow Carousel Lite plugin. We did however on mobile we want user to just swipe through the images as pagination looks bad as lots of images in gallery. Navigation arrows are making the phone width wrong, so we decided on this – as per link, however when you swipe though the gallery images on phone with finger the image jumps for a second. Also you press the photo to enlarge/view in lightbox, and then press x to close, that is fine but we need user to be able to swipe though images when in lightbox, can you please advise thanks. You have to open image in lightbox, press x then choose another to view larger again. How do you swipe in lightbox is there a setting we are missing?

Hi, Divi support recommended your plugin which is great thanks. However when I make the navigation arrows (left and right arrows either side of the photos) this makes the right arrow too far out? So not equally spaced from the images. See this page to see what I mean thanks – https://waveneyvalleybarn.co.uk/the-barn/ (a site nearly ready for completion this week). Scroll down to where I have added the galley, the right arrow needs to be the same distance away from the images as the left one is. I can’t seem to see why it’s doing it. Could someone help please?

I just want the title text to show on hover, so in order to achieve this I have set the text to transparent, and then set it to white on hover. It works on the divi builder, but then on the live page it just looks transparent on and off hover, rather than showing as white on hover.

I saw someone else had this issue a couple of years ago, but there was no fix on the thread.

I believe this is caused by twitter API changes, but the wow twitter carousel stopped working on all our websites, it just shows

First, excellent plugin!
When I activate the plugin, it changes many of the backend styles, since bootstrap is called by CDN, that result in changing colors, fonts and many styles, could you deactivate that?

I am a web designer and I have been using the Divi Carousel lite plugin on my WordPress website. While it works perfectly on the desktop version, I am experiencing an issue with the mobile version where the logos are not visible. Just did an update of this plugin and my site experienced a fatal error:
