I activated “Open external comment links in new windows” but the links are opened in the same window.

Activating the plugin (i.e. didn’t select any tweaks to be activated) displays this WP_DEBUG message in wp-admin:

Unfortuanately cannot contact plugin’s author. I added one tweak to force excerpt on mainpage (useful in Artisteer-generated themes) and i am localising the plugin to polish. how can i submit my changes?

I’ve tested this repeatedly trying to upload, crop or resize an image. Regardless of what I set the wordpress tweaks jpeg quality setting to, the file size is the same for thumbnails and the full version.
