Hi I am using free version of this plugin it’s great. the only problem is payment method loading on checkout page it sometimes take long, I click on credit card it loads and says “Initializing”.
I guess Script loads when we click checkbox or radio button but IG it should load as page loads to make user experience better.

We currently only have a few products in WooCommerce that we want to sync to Square. Most products are only in Square and not in WooCommerce. Some products must be created by WooCommerce and sent to Square, because they are generated by our platform.
We are using the webhook setup in the plugin to update the WooCommerce inventory if a purchase is made in Square to keep them in sync. The problem is… this webhook also CREATES products when we enter inventory in Square. We don’t want that Square inventory in WooCommerce.
Is there a different way to manage this that your recommend? Or is there a way to prevent the webhook from creating new WooCommerce entries and instead only have it update existing?

For all my products I have different names, descriptions, and categories on Square vs Woocommerce. My Square name matches my Woocommerce SKU and then each of its variations will have matching SKUs between Square and Woocommerce.
Can this work to only sync the variation stock quantity and nothing else based on the above? I haven’t been able to get it to work.
Hi. It’s me again, sorry for the late feedback as I was setting up some stuff. I was able to set the modifiers as required, however, it doesn’t seem to work on a quick view popup modal. The product can still be added to cart when viewing it through a quick view modal. On a regular product page, the ‘required’ feature works fine. Please advise. Thanks!
]]>Hi, When my products sync across some products like the caladiums on the below page dont have prices showing on the website, after hours of testing I found that the data syncing across is not bringing the “.00” part of the price.
So my only way to get the pricing to show and make the product sellable is to edit and add “.00” to the price.
Example: was “24” updated to “24.00” = fixed.
How can I fix this so I dont need to edit and add the “.00” for the products that dont sycn fully? Is it something in the square setup?

I did the fix for the variations removing any special characters (Which i couldnt find in your documentation)???
This stopped the duplicate sync issue, so now all products are syncing.
but the issue is now the products with variations in pot sizes dont bring the data across fully, it looks like some data like 140mm is loaded in the product but not fully as it doesnt show in the variations section.
This means the customer can never serlect the variation and purchase

We would like ALL orders to sync into Woocommerce so that inventories and stock and accurately accounted for. If an order is placed in Square POS, is it possible to sync the order and inventory details into Woocommerce?
Also are customer details from Square able to sync create/update in Woocommerce.

]]>We are using https://www.themehigh.com/product/woocommerce-checkout-field-editor-pro/ to add extra fields to the checkout form for some required info. The custom fields appear below the CC info (we don’t have control over placement location of these fields). If the user first enters their CC info and then proceeds to fill in the custom fields, the CC info is removed such that it is blank. You have to then re-enter the CC info in order to submit the order (which works). We are using this same custom fields plugin on another site with a different Square payments plugin and this issue does not occur with that other Square plugin.
How can this issue be resolved?
I upgraded all my plugins including WC Shop Sync Pro to 4.6.6. I ran a test charge and was charged $32.55 in WooCommerce. However, Square charged my credit card $3255.

I cannot find out what the setting is in square thats causing the issue.
At first I thought it was the variation name having a space “28L Air Pot” vs “200mm”
But I found items that worked. I feel its an issue with items that have variations, they just enter the same item multiple times (the number of variations)

I have created a staging site and used the Storefront theme, Woocommerce and WooSquare plugin only, but I still get the same error. My WordPress version is 6.4.3, PHP version 8.1 and version 4.3 of WooSquare plugin.

But when I go to checkout I get:

If enable a different payment (i.e. Cash on delivery) the error goes away but the Square is not given as a payment method.

]]>Hi, we’ve been running Square with WooCommerce for a number of years with a different plugin but we’re having problems and need to look for an alternative.
We need to have products in different and multiple categories on the website which is different to what’s on Square. When changes are made to a product on Square that’s in the physical shop, the next time it syncs with the website, it’ll change the website category to correspond to what’s on Square and also drop any additional categories.
The sync also overwrites the product descriptions to what’s on Square, which can be basic, but on the website, they need to be more in-depth, plus Square strips out any html/formatting which means the product descriptions on the website are just one paragraph.
My question is before I install and try out your plugin, when products sync from the Square to the website, is there any option so the categories and product descriptions aren’t overwritten?
