I get a critical error and can’t login to the site after upgrading to the latest CoDesigner v4.7.17.2 plugin from CoDesigner v4.7.13.
This applies on any product page.
When you click ‘View Cart’ it instead takes you to the checkout. Additionally, if you enable the below setting, it will also take you to the checkout. This was just for testing purposes, I dont enable this.
“Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Products.
Look for the option “Redirect to the cart page after successful addition”.”
I also used the following code to get woocommerce to print what it thinks is the Cart URL to the bottom of the page:
add_action(‘wp_footer’, ‘debug_wc_cart_url’, 100); function debug_wc_cart_url() { echo ‘
’; var_dump(wc_get_cart_url()); // Debug the cart URL echo ‘
’; }
it printed: string(42) “https://www.fragrancefractions.co.uk/cart/”
So that suggests it’s not woocommerce that’s experiencing the issue.
The main reason I believe this is a Codesigner issue because it goes away if i deactivate Codesigner and Codesigner Pro. Several hours of testing every plugin installed led me to this conclusion.
It’s not a code snippet, i’ve tested disabling my snippets plugin.
I am a Pro subscriber.
Can you make any guesses as to what might be causing this? I’m baffled.

Any suggestion on what I need to do to get this cleared?

Never mind I found the setting for that in the widget ?? I assumed it didn’t exist because the demo doesn’t have it enabled.

Hi,
I was troubleshooting some plugin conflicts and deactivated CoDesigner. I when re-activated it the filter and product archive widgets I had set up on my shop page were missing. How do I prevent that from happening again?
I use the cart overview widget and I want to space only the cost for shipping to a certain element, it is marked in red in the picture. I tried different methods in css but nothing works.

Hey guys,
Is there a way to add a “popular product” or any kind of other badge (besides sale), in woolementor shop classic widget? Because as far as I can see, it is not in default widget settings, but is there any other ways how to add it?
I am experiencing a serious issue with CoDesigner’s connectivity and functionality. For the past two months, I have to activate the licence manually every day, now it does not work anymore and it says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” and redirects me to an irrelevant website https://my.pluggable.io/.
I have reached out to the support team multiple times and granted them access to my site, but they have not logged in or resolved the problem.
The plugin has stopped working completely and now my shop displays some random default products instead of my own.
My wordpress and all the plugins are up to date, including CoDesigner. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling CoDesigner, but it did not help.
I need to fix this issue as soon as possible, because my site is not functional due to these bugs.
Any suggestions?
Imagine not informing your paying users that a critical issue had occurred that completely breaks their ecommerce site? Its not been working for days and you tell my web dev that you have a virus??
I’ve lost thousands of pounds worth of business, not to mention the sleepless nights and anxiety this has caused me.
Hi there,
A very strange thing has happened. About 18hrs ago the ecommerce side of my client’s website went down and when it recovered all the products were missing.
I’ve managed to restore the site by rolling through backups and checking plugin statuses as I go. As I was going through this process, I noticed that CoDesigner somehow has two versions installed – 3.9 (activated) & 3.12 (deactivated). I definitely have only ever installed one.
As soon as I try to update the active version to 3.13, all the stores products disappear on the front end. On the WP dashboard I noticed an error message that read: the plugin woolementor/woolementor.php has been deactivated due to an error. Plugin file does not exist. And in public_html > wp-admin > php_errorlog there is this warning:
There are 3 of these – one on the 19 Jul and 2 on 21 Jul 2023.
This is the block of code in the functions.php file that is throwing an error.
For the time being I have left CoDesigner plugin running at v3.9 so that the store can still operate, but would obviously prefer to update it in the near future.
I’d really appreciate support on how to resolve this.
Many thanks,
W
Good afternoon, I trust that you are well. I am having an issue with the latest version of your plugin. I am working on a clients site, and have CoDesigner Pro as well. I have tried deactivating/activating, uninstalling/installing both of them, but I keep getting the error:
ALERT: In order to CoDesigner Pro run properly, CoDesigner needs to be activated. Install CoDesigner Now.
There is nothing in the debug log, and when trying to access for eg. the cart page, Elementor gives me a blank screen. WooCommerce and Elementor are upto date.
Hello, I have an e-commerce and when I install the latest version of the free plugin my site crashes, I have the latest version of WordPress 6.2.2 and the latest PHP 8.1.18, Unfortunately I did not receive the email detailing the error because WordPress automatically disabled the plugin because it created errors after the update.

Hello,
I have a probelm with the following items. First of all, often when a customer changes the number of products in the shopping cart several times, from the panel of the shopping cart by changing the number of products mostly the second time the elements like cart items and cart overvwie are given. The described problem I attach in a screen shot, with the rest I encourage you to check for yourself.
The second problem is that when the customer clicks on the plus and minus icons in the cart, instead of adding one product at a time, two products are always added. In the plugin’s settings, I set the debugging option while this did not help.
I attach the described problems at the bottom. In addition, I attach the current settings of the plugin.
I will add that I have elementor pro if it makes any difference.
