All of my stores use the XL NMI gateway plugin. Never had any issues until now. Recently built a new store and woocommerce now has HPOS as standard. I tried everything i could think of as fat as the woocommerce, advanced tab, features. It still will not work even if i check the legacy posts box.

What is happening? This plugin no longer works.

The payment gateway is no longer giving a customer a reason why their credit card is being declined (or it is, at least happening?periodically). The customer is shown an error message after entering card?details incorrectly which says “error processing” and/or the round “thinking” circle just keeps spinning, then times out and the error processing message displays.? More often than not, the issue seems to be tied to the customer not properly formatting their card number or expiration date.

I expect the system to be telling the customer?what the problem is (or at least highlight the error area so the customer knows what issue needs to be fixed.??

I just tried this myself – I put in the wrong card # and incorrectly entered the expiration date, the 2nd screen shot shows the error message.? If the system won’t highlight or state the exact issue – ex:? expiration date invalid, it should at least indicate that the card info formatting is incorrect…??

The card fields aren’t visible if visiting from the Instagrram browser.

Are there plans to update the plugin to be compatible with the new WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage? The plugin shows as incompatible and is preventing us from switching to HPOS.

XL NMI Gateway for WooCommerce was updated today (9/22/23) from 2.2.0 to 2.3.0. Since the update, my site will not load unless I deactivate the plugin. With plugin deactivated, I’m not able to accept payments for products on my website.

My site is built with WordPress and running the most up-to-date version with PHP 8.0 and WooCommerce 8.1.1.

Needs to be fixed ASAP as this is costing me money. Any help?

Hi, It seems the plugin is not compatible with PHP 8 . the checkout page broken and not working if I upgrade to PHP 8. Can you please update your code with the latest PHP version?

I have installed “XL NMI Gateway for WooCommerce” when i place order with the save card information it will give error “XL NMI Gateway for WooCommerce Frontend Payment Failed (CVV must be 3 or 4 digits REFID:1216858572) Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.” can you tell me what is the issue?

I find it ironic that you ask for us to share data with you when first installing the plugin WHILE not updating your plugin for a whole YEAR?

Are we supposed to feel that this plugin is secure and is taking advantage of the last dozen or so woo updates?

Regular orders process just fine, as well as automatic subscriptions.
However, new subscriptions get this error at checkout:

Error processing checkout. Please try again

In the settings if you choose “Save to Log” where is the log?

Actually, where is the documentation for this feature. Let’s start there instead.

Do you know why version 2.1.0 causes a fatal error in our checkout? Back-dating the plugin to version 2.0.2 avoids this error.

We are using woofunnels-woocommerce-nmi-gateway and were successfully capturing tokens ( _wc_nmi_gateway_woocommerce_credit_card_payment_token ) when the plugin was set to AUTHORIZE AND CAPTURE.

Since changing the Payment setting to AUTHORIZE ONLY, we are no longer seeing that token.

Is it possible to get that token with AUTHORIZE ONLY?

Authentication failed is the error being thrown.
Using the collect.js method.
The transaction never reaches NMI.
The transaction never gets authorized , declined, captured , NOTHING is there, it doesn’t make it to NMI.

Please HELP!

We are getting this on our orders.

XL NMI Gateway for WooCommerce Frontend Payment Failed (Authentication Failed) Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.

If we login to the plugin and reenter our credentials things start working again for a couple of hours and then goes down again.

I see that others are having similar issues. Is there an estimated time for a fix?

All the orders paid through this plugin are getting failed. I see a lot of comments from other user saying this plugin is not working.

Is this plugin still working? Plugin developer, do you have any support for this plugin?

The latest Version of this plugin 2.1.0 is broken. It fails all payments and throws an error “XL NMI Gateway for WooCommerce Frontend Payment Failed (Transaction not found REFID:1163521669)”. And then ” (A card security code has never been passed for this account REFID:1163525055)”
This problem has been around for two months. Nobody is fixing it.
Woofunnels doesn’t really care that we’re losing payments.

Hello! We transitioned from Square to another processor and had all the card tokens exported from Square and imported to NMI. How would we link the imported tokens in the card vault to existing customer profiles on the website to ensure a seamless transition for our clients?

After changing merchant account, I updated the secret keys in the plugin – but it’s not working anymore. Looks like it saves a short private key even though I input the correct one.

The secret keys work for sure because I use them in another NMI gateway plugin..

Tried reinstalling, rollbacking, didn’t work.

Per our payment processor, it has been requested that we add CCV verification to the payment gateway. I notice that there is a way to add CCV verification, but only for saved cards. Can CCV entry be added for all cards, including those that will not be saved/tokenized?

From what I understand, I can change the templates styles in order to get the input fields looking right.

1. Where is the template located.
2. What’s the directory structure when putting it in my child theme?

Since yesterday afternoon all of my orders are failing..the original error message I was receiving was:

XL NMI Gateway for WooCommerce Frontend Payment Failed (Error Processing Transaction. Please contact customer service.)

I reverted back to version 2.02 to see if it was the latest update that was effecting my site. Since I’ve activated that version all of the orders are still failing and now I’m seeing a different error message:

XL NMI Gateway for WooCommerce Frontend Payment Failed (The cc payment type [Visa] and/or currency [USD] is not accepted REFID:1160523000) Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.

We’ve tested our NMI merchant accounts and they are working fine so it seems to be something specific to this plugin. Do you have any idea of why this is occurring or a solution for this issue as we need to get it resolved asap.

I have setup this plugin to be used with WooCommerce Subscription plugin. When submitting the order I keep getting the following error subscription products.

“Sorry, it seems there are no available payment methods which support subscriptions. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

WooCommerce Version 5.6.0
WooCommerce Subscription Version 3.1.4

I thought this plugin support NMI Gateway subscriptions …Please help ASAP

Does this plugin support Google Pay and Apple Pay? It’s not listed on the description, but the source code contains Apple Pay.
